Cool Auto Detail

We've had our trucks taken care of here a few times. The website is easy to navigate to set up your appointment. The options are clear. The owner is really nice and will tell you exactly what goes into the service as well as the importance of taking care of the exterior in the weather so here.It's not cheap but you get what you pay for and you're supporting small, woman-owned business.I wish the hours were a little longer in the day. If you have regular office hours, your service may run into your work day.Highly recommend.

Same as before. I am loving this place.So I went back a few weeks ago to get a proper interior detail before I housed the car in a garage for a few months. Man it's so nice. The leather seats were more soft, the wear-n-tear I put in the driver's seat disappeared, IT SMELLED REALLY NICE, and they even went to town in the back/trunk area. For the last few years I'd collected some bicycle greases and lubricants (I swear they're for my bicycles) and they just collected and mushed together in an enclosed plastic 'cup' in the back of the SUV. Not two cups, just one cup. Over time the cup became a waste pit in the back corner that collected everything from a 10mm socket (I know, I cried too), many hearing aid batteries, a Twinkie wrapper and some other stuff. Before dropping off the car I cleaned it out. Hell, I even sprayed it with Windex cuz that'll clean everything! Wrong. It was still a little sticky and annoying to me. I didn't say anything to Cool Auto. But the interior was immaculate. WHen I got back in the car they made a small pile of stuff they found they thought I'd want. Including a military challenge coin I got in Afghanistan in 2003 that I swear I'd lost last year. How nice did it smell? Well, it no longer smelled like me so that's a huge win in my book. Again, thank you Cool Auto.

Great service, attitude and results. I got tired of the shoddy job done at the main chain carwash company and thought I'd try to step it up a bit to get the car looking great. I have a Jeep and the exterior was quite muddy and the interior hadn't been attended to for a while. (that chain,Mister... once refused to clean my car because it was too muddy, insisting that I wash it first at home and then bring it in). Anyway, the team at Cool Auto Detail got me in quickly and did an outstanding job...just as clean and polished (maybe better) than when it was new. Yes, it takes longer and costs more than that chain but I think it is very well worth it!

I left the oil filler cap off and showered my engine compartment. It was horrible. They got me in right away and got it cleaned up quickly for a reasonable price. My engine compartment was spotless. There was some paint damage that wasn't there beforehand, but I couldn't be 100% sure it happened there. And it's a risk you take with pressure washing. And they were quick to recommend a place to fix it. The staff was really nice and the waiting area is comfortable. Would I use them again? Yes. They've been really great with follow up. So I feel like they have the personal touch down pat.

They provide good service a bit higher priced but job gets done right and staff is good.

We received the ultimate detail from Cool Auto! From here on out we will only trust them with all of our vehicles!

I stopped by to inquire about repairing a scratch and body dent. The appointment was for the next day and everything was accomplished is two hours. The car is good as new. The cost was very reasonable and the people couldn't have been nicer.

I want to "Thank" the entire team at Cool Auto! I especially want to say "Thank You, Ruben!" Ruben was faced with a SUV that sat in Mexicali for 5 1/2 months while being repaired after an accident. The vehicle was covered in dust, inside and out. There was also overspray on the entire body. Ruben tackled the job and my SUV now looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I can tell all the employees take pride in their work. Cassandra, you have great employees!

We have a F150 that needed a lot of work after going through several flooded washes. It was filthy including the engine. We requested the full detail and Sergio and Daniel did an excellent job! The engine and the entire truck look like new! Would highly recommend Cool!

I've had my Rav4 for almost 7 years and have periodically gotten a detail. This was by far the best detail I've ever received. They got stains out of the ceiling from bike tires, water stains out of the seats. The entire car looks better than the day I bought it. So pleased with the quality and attention to detail
