Cookin Wit Cort

I've had Cookin Wit Cort several times and as always it's delicious. I finally met Cort for the 1st time. We had her cater some school dinners, but didn't meet her as we were in class. Glad to have met the owner of a small local business that sells an amazing products. Definitely check her out if you know where her food will be.

I have had her soul food several times at "soul food Wednesdays". Her macaroni and cheese and greens are delicious!!!. I always make sure when she has a soul food menu selection to check her out. I've experienced Corts food a lot a few pop up events and had her cater an event for the Pima County Health Department. Her food was so wonderful! She showed up on time and dealt out some of the best Mac and cheese I've ever had. I've had her wings, Mac and cheese, and tacos and it was all worth it!

Amaaaaazing food! Cort's Soul food is SOul good! I can't wait for a permanent store front so we can get some wings, Mac, greens, cake and anything else she cooks up on the regular. I'm trying to think up a reason to throw a party or event just so I can place a catering order... that's how good this food is!

I tried Cookin WIt Cort at Soul Food Wednesdays and she sure it popular! By the time I got to place my order, she had sold out of her popular chicken. I didn't want to be "that" person that hoarded everything that was left, while there was a line of folk behind me, so I bought a side of mac n cheese and corn bread. I'll definitely be back to try the chicken! It looked juicy with the right amount of crisp. The mac n cheese was super good. The texture was just right and the pasta shells were cooked perfectly. The cornbread was also really, good. It was a small muffin size. I could've eaten a few of those! Everything Court makes is soooo delicious! She's easy to communicate with, food is always fresh. I would recommend her 100x over !!

Ummm why didn't I know she had a Yelp!? I would've given a review after the first meal. Listen, you can't go wrong with Cortnie! Hands down the best in Tucson, no matter what the meal. Her birria tacos, A1, the tender meat and that cheese pull, chefs kiss! She used to deliver but now she's booked and busy with festivals throughout the city. She doesn't have a brick and mortar but if you go to her the customer service is always on point whether it's her or Fedora, you won't be disappointed! Always a vibe and a full belly.

Cortnie's food is absolutely phenomenal!! Best dang chicken wings and mac n cheese I've ever had!! And the cornbread ‍ I can't wait until the day I can have her cater an event!
