This was to good to be true, my glass came in last Friday and it had a scratch in it. The glass was sent back and I pick it up yesterday, it was the exact size I asked for, and they took a little off the bill for the inconvenience... The guy that I dealt with on the phone was a total jerk! These are the type of businesses that should go out of business. What an a-hole!

Phil helped me with replacing a broken double pane window. He gave me a great deal and he's fun to do business with.

There are some professional glass companies in Tucson but this is not one of them. The owner is rude, profane and very unprofessional. I would definitely go elsewhere for your glass needs.

Recently our house was broken into. We called Continental Glass and he came out to our house very quickly and replaced the windows. I will always recommend this company.

I have used this business several times and most recently I had the glass replaced in my standard builder's grade shower. The new glass looks fantastic and updates the bathroom. The owner did an outstanding job and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use his services again.

Called to get a quote on a custom slab of glass. When the person on the other end asked for dimensions I asked if they could do it in mm, but that I could give them the dimensions in inches. They then proceeded to say "I get a lot of quotes from you guys and never hear anything back. So why don't you just fuck off and call someone else". I then said ok and hung up the phone. I personally never want to interact with this company again if that's how they will treat someone asking for a quote.

Finally found a glass shop that had a one day wait for a special sized patio door replacement. They did such a perfect and clean job that I asked them to do a shower door. One week later I was thrilled again with an absolutely beautiful door for my shower, and a new, bigger bathroom mirror. I only refer if I'm confident that I'm suggesting the best qualified person for the job, so if you need glass,.. I'd say "Continental".

What a great company! Great service! Unlike another company, Continental's owner has great integrity. He charged us less than half the price and was able to fix rather than replace our door.
