Very fast turnaround to have my clothes repaired. I had a huge hole in my favorite crewneck and they were able to fix it for only $15. You can't even tell where the hole was. I was impressed with the timeliness and friendliness!

Very affordable alterations and quality job well done. I brought a bridesmaid dress here to get the length shorter and they had it done within a week!

I stopped by with a need to fix two pairs of pants for a wedding that was the following day. I showed up on a Friday morning around 11 AM and the owner immediately helped me out. She had me try on the pants and gave me various options for making the pants a better fit. Eventually, I ended up having them hemmed and tapered (I think these are the correct terms). She made the waist tighter and the legs more fitted to my body. After helping me for about 30 minutes, she confirmed what she needed and told me that she could have them done tomorrow before the wedding which was at 5 PM but would be charging me for the rapid turnaround. I ended up paying $30 for the adjustments and the 24-hour turn around which is an extremely fair cost. Thank you so much, will happily return for any future needs!

Wow! Impressed with this small neighborhood business. I had my dress by the next day when I had been told it would be two days. I needed it for a trip, so was glad to have it early.Beautiful job ladies! I will definitely refer business your way!

I contacted them about a broken zipper on my jacket. They asked if I could stop so they could see the issue. I also had a jacket I wanted to add a logo. I brought both items in and within a few minutes they were able to install a new slider that allowed the zipper to stay zipped after I zipped up the jacket. They were able to reinstall the logo from one item onto the other jacket.The quality of their work was outstanding and their charges were extremely reasonable. They are now my go to place for alterations.

I have had at least 4 garments in for alterations. Two were gala gowns and they did an excellent job with the hemlines. They always have met my deadline's and they prices are very reasonable.

I took a pair of pants to be hemmed prior to a wedding I'll be attending. While the pants came out great, there is a very bitter and rude old lady that works there.When I initially came in, she was very short. I even witnessed her yell at a customer over the phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and chalked it up to her having a bad day. However, my fiancee made a call a few days later to ask some questions regarding some alterations for a dress. The lady was, again, extremely rude over the phone and was unwilling to answer any questions. She eventually gave up on asking about the dress, but thought that since she was on the phone, she'd ask about the status of my pants. The lady was told her that she "was working on something" and that if she wanted an update, we'd have to bring the ticket to the store.I don't question the quality of the work, but I'm sure there are plenty more places you can take you clothes for alterations in Tucson that will provide the same results, and not degrade you in the process.

Nicole worked wonders on my wedding dress after another tailor got the straps wrong and told me they couldn't fix it. I was very nervous because I didn't have much time to fix it but Nicole was very reassuring and tailored everything in a way that could be undone just in case I didn't like it. She completely reshaped the back and added brand new straps to make this fit correctly. It looked perfect!

Excellent seamstresses work at Connecting Threads. I've had them take in trousers, hem skirts and even turn an old linen table cloth into curtains. The resulting alterations have always been top notch and the price has been very reasonable.
