I have been a customer of Christine for years. The service has always been great. Ignore the negative review. As you might suspect, there's another side to that story.I recently replaced my 7 year old desktop which I had also bought from Christine as it was outdated and I had need of a faster machine with more memory and more USB capacity. Christine loaded all my software and data and configurations exactly as I had it and I didn't have to reload or reconfigure anything at all when I booted up the new computer. Even my screen saver was intact. Now just how cool is that? And for an incredibly reasonable price.

What a great experience! Christine is a wonderful person and did a wonderful job! Her pricing is soooo much better than I would have thought. I will never use anyone else again! I cannot praise this company enough!!

Computer Etc is a number 1. I had a new computer built by them and it operates flawless. Thank you For the gaming computer you built for me.

I had several external hard drives with valuable photos and documents physically damaged that I thought were beyond repair. Christine and crew were able transfer these files to a new hard drive at a 1/3 the price of other quotes. Family vacation with grandma saved! Excellent service, fantastic price. Thanks Christine!

I took my 5-year-old laptop to them for clean-up. It was taking over 5 minutes to start-up and almost that long to shut down every day. The friendly folks at Computers Etc had it in and out of there in less time than they promised and it's like a new computer. They charged a fair price, actually less than I had expected, and even repaired the strap on my charger cord at no cost. When I picked it up the young man took the time to make a file on my desktop for me outlining the steps to take on using the new (free) software they put on there for virus and malware protection. They've certainly earned my trust and respect.

Loved Computers Etc - The service was amazing and our computer now works! The owner was efficient, thoughtful, and easy to work with!!! My son and I both felt like we were working with someone was really authentic!!!

Most horrible company ever, never use...owner picked up my computer at my home with my external hard drive. Never left a receipt or a contact information when picked up while I was at work. Owner picked up from my teenage daughter and failed to wait for me. Called me once to let me know price and when would computer be ready. Unfortunately I realized I did not have there address after and my phone deleted the number after so many calls. Never heard from them after that and finally got there number through a friend who initially referred me, who also did not have number prior. I called location they could not find my computer and said they would call me back well no call back and after several message and constantly calling I spoke to the owner who indicated they completely dismantled my computer and basically told me I was S.O.L I was told if it "if it was so important you could find me on the Internet," Seriously if I new their name and number I would of done that. That computer and external drive had all my document, taxes and picture of my family and deceased son. All we had the owner erased and fails to return our calls or message in attempt to at least return us a computer. Very SHADY company, lies, steal memories and has no dignity or remorse what they have done. DO NOT USE THEM EVER....I will be indicated a Lawsuit against them.

Took a couple of laptops in along with a new one since they said 1 was burned out. The 1 burned out 1 was fine. Also, after transferring from 1 to new 1 we hooked it up and nothing. Just empty files. Had to wait for contents of files to then be transferred.

We are wintering here in Tucson. Our two year old Toshiba with Windows 7 was hit with a bad virus. Not knowing where to go, we discovered Computers Etc. on Yelp on our I pad. Wonderful people - Christine is very,very knowledgable and has good people working for her. My repair was a difficult one but they did it, no problem and put better protection on it than I had before. Plus, they fixed a problem I had with my I pad for free. The charges were fair..I would recommend them anytime. Thanks again, Christine - Robert

I've been in this store many times for various reasons. Each time the word that comes to mind is fair and honest. They don't try to create a problem in your computer so they can sell you more repairs. If they can fix your problem over the phone, they will try. I recently had them fix a broken fan in my CPU and then it broke again 6 months later and they fixed it again on the spot at no charge. I didn't even remember bringing it in for the original problem...but they remembered and I was home with a working CPU within 30 minutes.
