Aaron is awesome. I had an old laptop with a balky hard drive containing a bunch of malware. Now I have no malware, a new operating system, and an SSD, all for an extremely reasonable price. Aaron also followed up with me to see if I needed any additional help. Couldn't be happier.

If you have any kind of issue with a laptop or desktop, this is where you want to go! The computer doctor is just that! I am convinced this guy has a magic wand! I have 4 laptops and a couple printers, i got the maintenance plan and in one day it paid for itself! He fixed printer, completely repaired 1 laptop that hadnt worked in over a yr. And now working to get my main laptop to run faster. I highly recommend Aaron and his company!

I gave this guy my old laptop to transfer the data on the hard drive to my new laptop over a month ago. Still no word. Evidently, he takes on more work than he can handle, or he just doesn't care about his customers.

i have nothing but praise for the computer doctor of Tucson. He makes himself available whenever I need him. he explains things to me patiently when I don't understand and doesn't mind all my lay person questions. I trust him and he consistently fixes every problem for the most reasonable price.

He was great! Easy to get a hold of and quickly fixed my issue. I have a HP Envy which has a design flaw on the hinges. When mine broke Aaron helped me to figure out my options and get the issue fixed in my price range. He is not just trying to get money out of you. He really wants to give you the best option and to help you resolve your issue. I liked that he also was honest about what he could do to fix the problem and what the risks were for further damage. Great assistance, affordable, and truly wants to help people. Would HIGHLY recommend.
