Common Roots Acupuncture

I have had the pleasure of meeting both practitioners and I feel they both are very amazing. Kind and non judgmental. They make you feel very safe and welcomed into their space. They took the time to actively listen to my concerns and issues I was having and were very knowledgeable. I was really nervous my first visit because I have never had acupuncture in such an open setting but I found I really like it. It was very comfortable and very relaxing. I am always amazed at how our bodies will respond when given what it needs to rebalance itself. I feel very blessed i found their studio.

I have had a crazy amount of pain one from a car accident and two from a incident with my neck many years ago. So there's many nights sometimes you know I will deal with neck pain or the neck pain gives me a headache. And I usually get some sort of anxiety to with it. And I also have insomnia issues due to my pain. When I went to see Ashley last Saturday. It was my very first time to get acupuncture. I was so nervous because one you have to deal with needles too I didn't really know what to expect either. And I did tons of research before hand to see if this was a viable option. I got there I was instantly greeted. Ashley explained this whole situation to me and really made me feel super comfortable. Because I've spent hundreds of dollars on physical therapy and still have a lot of pain. So after my first appointment I felt so much better and I haven't really had much pain as much where disturbs my sleep I feel less stressed. I definitely will be coming back because honestly it's not worth being on all those pain pills if you can find another way to alleviate it and also not spend hundreds of dollars on physical therapy. I was super impressed I would definitely recommend to everybody. And they had a great Groupon so I can come back for a few times.

Josh is a wonderful healer. His skill begins with compassion. Then his multi- level trainings brings so much wisdom to his care.I have been his patient and experienced deep therapeutic relief from lower back pain in one session. I had been experiencing a lot of pain over several years and in one session I felt my old self( which was a happy healthy back pain free)If you are looking for skill with compassion, I highly recommend Josh!

Acupunture has long been my go-to medicine for any wellness support, and I have gone to practitioners far and wide in my years. Josh creates a true a healing space, and orchestrates a healing community through his work, to which he is devoted. By the way-- he also is a versed Ayurvedic practitioner and highly knowledgeable in fields of nutrition and earth-based wisdoms. Seek this space out and bring your loved ones and the ones who need love!

Josh is an incredible practitioner and hands down one of the nicest people you will cross paths with ! I've seen him both for acupuncture and auyveda-both an amazing experience!

Josh loves to spend extra time with the ladies(I've witnessed this many times). If you're a male, expect to be rushed through the session and mostly ignored. Considering this is a healthcare facility, this is really unacceptable. I don't know why they call it community acupuncture, it should be called "Josh Whiteley's pickup zone". BTW, there are 12-step meetings for this personality type. I WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS.

Josh has been treating me for eight years. He is professional and kind. He helped me quit smoking, he treats my anxiety, and he treats my back pain. Whenever I go in the for back pain, it goes away within 12-24 hours. Way better than pills! What is special about Josh is not just how effective his treatments are, but how gentle he is with the needles. It never hurts and he has a gentle touch. He will always ask how much time I have for the treatment. I would never go to any other practitioner.

Josh is a very knowledgable and kind practitioner. I like that he had a background in both Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. He has helped me with several health issues and his clinic made a big difference for me. Great prices and a peaceful atmosphere but the best part is Josh and his effective treatments!
