Collette Clothing

According to Google and Yelp they close at 8... but I walked in at 6 and was rudely kicked out by one of the associates. I sure won't be back.

I went there for the first time and all of the employees were so nice and helpful! The owner was there as well and was also so sweet. I know sometimes with the shops on University customer service can be iffy, but I felt so comfortable shopping here. Plus, the prices are reasonable and the clothes are adorable.

Went in to return a damaged piece of clothing that i haven't even worn. The owner told me to wait for some lady to checkout even though i was first in line but whatever. then they tell me i can't get store credit or return but they can fix it for me. while she's looking at it there was ANOTHER damage. like i said, i haven't worn it once. it literally was falling apart on its own. horrible quality. guess i'm going to be bringing this item back in every week to get fixed since they can't even give me store credit

Collette is one of those stores I always pass by on University while staring at their gorgeous displays and clothing. The only reason I don't shop at Collette more often is because I try to save the little money I have as a poor college student. Anyway! The clothes here are always trendy, fashion-forward, and unique. I personally think Collette has a better selection of clothes and accessories than Grand Central.I stopped by today after eating dinner and they had a rack of $20 sale items. I picked out three things to try on and was immediately assisted into a fitting room by one of the associates. Not only are the associates friendly, they offered to give me a high-waisted skirt to pair with a crop top I wanted to try on, along with other matching pieces. I was impressed that they thought of items to pair with my selections. They even gave me a skirt in a size Small when I was feeling pretty bloated from dinner. *Feels flattered*. The ladies at Collette are genuinely friendly and have great fashion sense. The only reason I didn't give Collette five stars is because the prices for their clothes are a little steep for a college budget. However, the price range is still within the normal range of clothing found on University.

I love shopping at this trendy store! You can always count on finding cute clothes for any occasion! I've been shopping here for three years and have not had any issues! The sales associates always set up a fitting room when they see me pick up my first item! I recommend this clothing store over any other clothing store on University.

I wandered into this store with my girlfriend the other weekend because they had some very cute clothes on display. There were several outfits that I had in hand to try on when I went to pick up a cropped top (to pair with a high waisted skirt). When I happened to pull it off the rack to look at it, one of the employees there happened to turn around at the same time. She looked at me and literally laughed in my face and said "That's a little top for you." She then turned around and walked away with no other "Can I help you?" Etc. Regardless of what size I am (a 6!!) it was totally inappropriate and rude. This store will never receive my business.

Love this place! I went in to buy a swimsuit and the employees were super nice and helpful. I usually feel pretty insecure when trying on swimsuits, but they made me feel super confident and happy!

Wonderful clothing, all the latest trends, but terrible customer service! I was treated with such disrespect when I attempted to exchange a piece of merchandise that had fallen apart. I could not believe that a store of this caliber had such a negative attitude towards helping achieve customer satisfaction with the product. I won't be shopping here anymore, I'll take my business to Nordstrom's where they have unbeatable customer service.
