Great park everyone is so friendly. We stayed a week in a class A motor home. Great views pool and laundry. Lots of things going on like free coffee a donuts on Friday. We enjoyed a western storytelling/singer on our stay. Will stay here when in the area

I would have given this RV Parka 5 star had not been for the price. No normal world because this compute 2 weeks is $638 and a month is $500 + electricity. All the other parks in the area are charging less than 400 for 2 weeks no. They do have a very clean Park two large dog runs showers and laundry room are spotless lots of activities for any of the Campers at 1 to join in. Cafe on premises with a full meal Monday through Friday for $7. I love this park and we will probably come back but it will be for at least a month at a time. If you're wondering why we can just leave we had a reservation and would have lost our deposit and they were really no other places in the area to go at that from it.

This RV Park is well thought out. It has huge lots, a great pool/spa, it is super clean. The nightly (50) and weekly rates (350) are one of the reasons I dinged this place a star. Monthly it is 500.Management sold our site out without telling us (when we tried to extend our stay) which seems to be standard practice- also they charge 1.15 more (3.65 currently) for propane. We obtained that in Benson for 2.50.I'd recommend this place but only by the month. Easier just to boondock for a night and save the 50.

Beautiful large sites, very quiet. Pool not heated in the winter months, which is just wrong. Lots of activities. We will be back next year.

Nice campground, good managers who know what customer service means. Buildings large enough to suit the needs of residents. Excellent lighting after dark, huge safety factor for those of us no longer agile.

We used to think this RV Park was a four-star RV Park. And I always recommended it. This is our fourth year here. Times have changed. It is turned into selling mostly than R Ving. The hosts generally are rude. They hold their Zumba right outside our back window at full blast this year instead of taking it to the barn for an hour and a half. Most folks are full-time residence now. Not very friendly park anymore. That is the direction it's going. I've talked to the locals, and one says "there are factions here." He says that's why he will never buy a lot, which is what they push more. He said in the late 90s it used to be a lot more fun. We have noticed this as well in our time spent here. The last year we had to cancel our four months, I did so because my husband had a heart attack. They were upset that we were canceling. I gave them one more try this year. The pool is never working, although it is a beautiful pool. It is drained right now, and it is almost April 1. We have never been in it because it has been closed. If you cancel your reservation even a year in advance, they always keep have your money, And it's $100 to hold a reservation. Finally, We had our service retired police canine secured and quiet/sleeping out online for 20 minutes to grab a sandwich and then come back outside and were yelled at by one of the golf cart volunteers that drive around. There are a lot of them. I then took my dog Ike, Whom is be loved by all who mwet him, to the dog park for potty. It always stinks badly, and I noticed that a man had a 2 1/2 foot fence around his RV in the regular RV area and his dog was out unattended the entire time I was at the dog park. I went to explain this to management, as my dog is a service dog. And, she started to yell at me that the dog should not be in the office. I told her he is a service dog reminded her of his tag and that he can be where I need to be. She then rolled her eyes and the guy from the golf cart from the prior day walked in holding the door open for me to leave. I again told her I thought They should enforce the rules fairly. She simply rolled her eyes. Her name is Angela. Several folks we have talk to you are not coming back. Our neighbors also decided to cancel their reservations as well. This is more commercial for sale now instead of a happy go lucky RV Park. Happy RVing. Hope this helps! I wouldn't come if I have a dog. And I wouldn't come unless I wanted to be treated like one either! I'm sorry but this is just the truth.
