Service department is excellent. Much better than a regional Polaris dealer in nearby towns.All staff are respectful, helpful, and not 'in your face' to finalize a purchase.The Cochise facility is Five stars and there staff (especially Victoria) are very helpful.Perhaps prior reviewers should direct their anger towards the manufacturer?

We were in AZ for a visit and decided to look at the ATVs. Really likes the RZR and inquired about it! The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy! We ended up buying a new "toy". It didn't take hours for us to get approved and the paperwork complete.We were not prepared to take it back to NM with us that weekend. And we didn't get any hassle about leaving it there for a few weeks.We love our RZR and recommend shopping here!

I recently moved to the area and, since I ride, decided to to stop in just to see the shop. I walked in and Anthony Work said hello and asked if I needed any assistance. I didn't on that day, but decided that I wanted to trade my bike a week later and asked for Anthony when I returned. After a bit of the back and forth that goes with buying a new vehicle, we reached a deal with which I am very happy. The service guys are great, too! The one guy (I can't remember his name) went over the entire bike with me and answered all of my questions. When I pulled out of the parking lot today, I felt completely at ease with my new baby!I also decided to get a couple of accessories for the new bike and the parts folks are great too!If you are in this area and looking for anything motorcycle or ATV related, this is the place to go!

I need to pick up a full face helmet for a passenger so I decided to stop here as it was near. Everything about it makes it a typical motorcycle one stop shop. The floor room is nice with plenty of bikes and they have every department like parts and service in the showroom also. I felt with Randy who approached me after I had been looking at the different helmets. He took the time to explain some of the brands I was not familiar with but didn't push me to buy any one kind. They were also willing to exchange the helmet if it didn't fit so long as it was put back in the box with everything with no damage. I'd say if your looking to support a local business they are worth it.

We went in a couple months ago and upgraded from our rzr 800 to a rzr 1k. I was put in contact with Brian Lee who took extremely good care of us. Driving 3 hours one was was worth it thanks to Brian who completed almost the entire sale via phone and email. We got there on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened and Brian had everything ready to go, including our financing.Upon arrival however, Brian did not rush us through signing the paperwork he took us out showed us the machine and walked us around the store. He talked with us in length about what we enjoyed about the sport and our reasons for upgrading. He reassured us that once we left they would continue to take care of us as customers and they have! We then signed our papers and talked some more. Service came out and went over the rig with us and then we loaded up and headed home.Overall it was by far the best buying experience we have ever had. I will drive the 3 hours again for my future rides and will encourage my friends and family to do the same!

I think it's really nice that Cochise Motorsports invites their customers to their business each year for a buffet, and last year it was a very nice event and went well. This year was a different story. Good food, but whoever the lady in the red shirt was with blonde hair, she needs to learn how to treat the customers. Not sure if she is some sort of a manager or who she is, but she decided after everyone lined up at the buffet that she wanted to move the line to go a different direction. She was very rude to everyone about it, and proceeded to put her hand on my back and push me and my dad towards the direction she wanted us to go. I shook her hand off of my back but she actually had the audacity to do it again. Then she had us line up behind others that we were infront of. No, this incident isn't a major catastrophe but it upset me and made me feel pretty disrespected. I didn't want to stay and eat after this but my dad still wanted to. It's actually my dad who gives this company business, not me, but in the future, I think I will go to Tucson if I want to purchase a quad or other such equipment.

You will never find a better place to do business than Cochise Motorsports. I have been doing business with them for more than 15 years. I drive from Tucson to have my RZR serviced by them. Why? I trust them completely. From sales, to parts, to service everything they do is fair, honest and customer-focused. The drive from Tucson to Sierra Vista is pleasant and worth it because of Cliff and the whole team at Cochise Motorsports. I will not have my vehicles serviced anywhere else and would NEVER (emphasis never) consider buying anywhere else (period). You will have a great experience here; I have for many years. Do not go to a chain dealership to buy only to be treated bad by folks that are the stereotypical used car salesman or go there to be up charged by unnecessary service. Cochise Motorsports is does everything how business should be conducted! If you are purchasing, connect up with Doc for a great experience. Service, ask for Chris and you will get amazing customer service. Parts, Randy and the crew are great. Maybe just pop in, look around and say hi to Cliff.I do not write reviews, but I happily do so for these folks. You will not be disappointed.

Purchased a new Honda dual sport from Cochise Motorsports through Doc. Great service. Very smooth overall experience. I would recommend them. I would purchase from them again. Very satisfied.
