I dislike reviews because you make 1000+ people happy & the 1 who is not so happy will write a review. I have been using Cochise Lock for 20+ years & the owner/staff are the best! I made a deal to help a friend in Benson that had lost his only key... Shane at Cochise quoted me a price of $175, to make the key and deliver it.When my friend called to make arrangements and schedule, Shane told him it would be over $300.Bait and switch, dishonest to the max... takes advantage of people needing help. Despicable.

Lost the only key to a vehicle I had just bought. They re-keyed the ignition and made 4 keys all for $35. Quick too.....had it back the next day.

I needed a pin pad installed on my front door, three knobs replaced and those needed to match the other keys. The locksmith arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and was professional and friendly. He got the work done quickly and everything works very well. They had told me ahead of time that I could save some money by buying the knobs and pad at the hardware store. I had to call them from Lowe's to ask a question about brands and they were able to help me out with that as well. I highly recommend Cochise Lock and Safe to anyone.

I stopped in the other day because the Toyota dealer couldn't do the actual cutting for the spare keys I wanted for my truck (they can program the chips in the keys, but they can't cut them - go figure). Anyway, apparently the dealership has a relationship with Cochise Lock & Safe, and they recommended I have the keys cut here. As I walked in, the proprietor stopped what he was doing to come help me. He suspended the task he was working on and cut my keys immediately; the whole business took less than ten minutes. Excellent service, and the keys work so - I'm happy :)

Excellent service - all the time. Mike takes pride in his business and so does his crew. In a town with so many "so called handymen/professionals," I don't have a problem with referring Cochise Lock and Safe at all. Bought an American Standard safe from Mike and couldn't be more happier! Especially after my dad bought one from box store, made in China! Huge difference in quality. You may spend more but it's well worth it! Plus - go with a Sargent Greenleaf dial. Oh... need a key made, try here first! Never a redo.
