Dr. Clint, as he likes to be called, is equal parts caring, considerate, compassionate, competent, and has great bedside manner. I'm particularly picky when it comes to any medical treatment and practitioners, and finding Dr. Clint was a God-send! He made special arrangements for me to be seen earlier because of the pain I was in. I came into his offices under an 8 out of 10 pain level in my left hip, lower back and after careful consideration and initial treatment, I walked out feeling like a miracle! After a couple of days, my excruciating pain had returned and Dr. Clint opened his calendar for me to come in on a Saturday night at 8 pm! I don't know any other doctor who would do that. If you want a doctor who takes their practice and your health seriously, you want Dr. Clint.

I have never been to a chiropractor before coming here. I have had several months of back pain, and my general doctor recommended trying one. I was able to easily book an appointment on Shauns webpage, which I really appreciated. His prices were up front and easy to understand (something I often find hard to find in healthcare). Another plus for me!He explained everything he would be doing to my back to help ease the pain, and worked on my neck and shoulder pain as well (which I had... but didn't even think to bring up.. it was something he pointed out to me when he was working on my back issues).I am now 6 hours post the appointment and have 0 back pain. I will be returning! Highly highly recommend if you want to see somehow who will take the time to explain to you what he's doing, and is very honest about your overall health and well being!

I highly recommend Dr. Mausser. Our entire family, adult children and grandchildren see Dr. Mausser whenever there is a need for care. My wife has benefited especially from his expertise and care. I also see him when my lower back needs attention. He is a caring professional.

I find it alarming that you think a patient showed "disrespect" (not a word, look it up, it's "informal" and the correct word is "disrespectful") which I somehow "admitted," but didn't at all make an excuse for being physically and verbally aggressive. Be glad you weren't closer, buddy, when you were aggressive. It wouldn't have ended well for you. How's your "everybody dies" from COVID looking for you, by the way? The death rate is less than the flu for people under 65 years, and many of the deaths were "died with" COVID and not from it. You didn't once claim anything I said was incorrect, so if you think that's being disrespectful, you're a complete nutcase. Being hygienic should be the standard, not something you openly brag about.Your one star is well deserved. This genius' response (from the business): As you stated "he's very hygienic", "he sanitized his office", & "he did so throughly". I appreciate that observation as I have been doing all I can not to contract or transmit the virus. On Dec 22nd there were 10,000 new cases in our state and Arizona was the "hot spot" on the planet. You demonstrated willful disregard of my aseptic technique, and outright disrespect for myself, family, business and patients. You stated so in your review. Follow up to original below: I arrive about 15 minutes before my appointment. He's in a fairly small office, and the waiting room is the hallway of the building his office is in. The building is clean and quiet. He finished with his appointment, and greeted me and told me he would be sanitizing his office. I didn't watch, but listened as it appeared he did so thoroughly. He washed his hands and went to take me back. Instinctively, I put my had out as he introduced himself, and he withdrew quickly. I offered a fist bump and then a arm bump and dropped it, realizing he appeared annoyed by it.He asked me if I was worried about the virus, and I said I wasn't and that I already had it. And this is where the review becomes very negative. He condescendingly told me "At least you lived." I'm at the point where I'm sick of COVID-19 being treated like it's a death sentence. Facts show that the fatality rate is close to the flu. I flippantly said "Everyone lives," to which he became very angry. At this point, I had taken a seat across from his desk which is probably about ten feet from it. I don't think he realized his reaction, but it was aggressive and angry. I've been in law enforcement for over 20 years, and he took what would be called as a fighting stance (arms down, chest out) and he stood over me and angrily said in almost a shout, certainly with a raised voice, "EVERYONE DIES!" The pose and behavior was so aggressive, that had he been about a foot closer, I would have impact struck him to push him away.I stared at him, incredulous at his behavior, and he walked to his desk and tried to cover a bit and said that everyone died eventually. He looked over my intake sheet to see my history and asked what was bothering me.At that point, I stood up, took out my wallet and said "I'm just going to pay for the session and leave," to which he asked "Can I ask why?" I was very blunt, and responded "Because you're a dick." I again offered to pay to which he said "I don't want your money." I then left.I gave the second star because he's very hygienic (which is always good, virus or not) and he didn't charge for the appointment when he certainly could have.Maybe he was just having a bad day, and it seems others enjoy his services, but I can't see letting someone so aggressive who loses their cool so easily work on me physically.
