Very good service. Kind staff. The doctor took the time to explain all my issues and answered all my questions.

What and incredible experience! Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and caring. The exam was quick and all concerns were addressed. The team took their time showing me frames and walking me through the options, working within my budget. I felt no pressure to spend more than I was comfortable with!

Avoid this place at all costs. I had my vision checked in May and received a stronger prescription for my contacts. I immediately ordered contacts. Over a month later, I still didn't have my new contacts due to back order from the manufacturer. This was not Clearvisions fault, as it is a country-wide problem. That being said, I went in and asked if I could get another trial pair. I said I'd even pay for them. They said no. I explained I was having a very difficult time seeing as I get very dizzy when just wearing my glasses. I asked if the optometrist could change my prescription to another brand or type of lens that IS available, they told me no, that I'd need another exam to change the prescription. They then proceeded to tell me that they have no optometrists right now, and the soonest I could be seen is in mid July. Mind you, I'd already been seeing blurry for 2 weeks at this point. I then called Costco and LensCrafters, and explained my situation and how I needed another exam. They both told me to call Clearvision back because it was very bad practice that they were making me have another exam. When I called Clearvision again, they told me again there was nothing that they could do to help me. I reiterated many times that I COULD NOT SEE. I got angry and told them this was BS and horrible patient care. The gal on the phone got snippy, and said she wasn't going to help me because I said "bull$hit". Well, I'm sorry, but it was BS!! I hung up. 5 minutes later an optometrist called me back and said to swing by and pick up a set of trials that will hold me over until by ordered contacts come in. I don't understand why I had to get angry and blow a fuse with this company until I was helped. I'm a pharmacist and need my vision to work! I'll NEVER go back here again.

The exam experience was phenomenal. Thorough with a high level of communication, I clearly understand my optical needs, the condition of my sight, and what to do to care f ok r my eyes. I purchased a new pair of Oakley sunglasses. Nice selection.

I went to the new office in Oro Valley on the advice of my brother and sister in law. We're all new here, so all new doctors. They loved them, so I went.I have problem eyes, So I was nervous that it would be hard to get my prescription right. Doctor was great, patient and thorough. Some frames were picked out for me to try while I was having my eyes checked. She did a great b job of picking. I've never had help like that before, and I ended up getting frames that I normally would not have chosen on my own. Highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about Clear Vision Express. This is my second time getting glasses from them and I will continue to give them my business. David at the Oro Valley store was fantastic. He recommended frames that I would not have normally picked for myself and I very much preferred his suggestions over mine. He was extremely knowledgeable, clearly had a sense of current fashions and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. David was patient, understanding and was willing to give his opinion. For someone like me who can be indecisive, his help made the decision making process much easier. I'll be back soon. This company is a joke. They don't tell you there are no returns or exchanges. I had to read it on the receipt after I had already left the office. I called before the prescription was processed to try and stop the order to remove anti glare and it was a shit show. If you call to complain or want something changed they make it seem like you're being difficult and causing a problem. Their employees lie. I was told with a previous order I had issues with by a manager that if they didn't process the order they could refund me but that was retracted. I said I wanted a refund they out right refused. I asked if they could at least take the anti glare and refund me. They refused said they could give store credit. That's how hard up on money they're. They will take but not give. They don't value customers or have any knowledge in customer service. It's all peachy until you're not happy or want a change in the order. Little things like that you wouldn't think would be a big deal. Think again!They delete bad reviews from Facebook. Hahaha They don't want people to know how they scam others. Buyer beware.

The doctor was great however the price for glasses was too high. They have great prices for frames but the cost of the lenses was astronomical. Wish they were more competitive and that they ran specials for just the lenses, for people who have frames.

Dr. Hickson at Clear Vision Eyecare is one of the best optometrists in the region, if not the country! She is very careful and thorough in helping me to get the very best possible vision given my personal attributes. The office staff is helpful. The location itself is light, airy, and a pleasure. I highly recommend them!

Excellent selection of frames and styles. Dr Lee is friendly, honest, and communicates clearly - wonderful Dr! My husband and I really appreciate the staff - especially Kloe and Renee. They've helped us pick frames that complement our face shapes. They've measured well for progressive lenses (we've had issues with other opticians - progressive lenses can be tricky). They also spent the time needed without issue - we never felt rushed or pressured. Nice, clean, well lit retail store with good product display. We've been going here for 2 years and will continue.
