Tonya, Chris and the crew are amazing! Tonya has answered the phone every time I've called (with Bob the bird in the background). All communications are immediately followed up with an email, including receipts and quotes. They gave me a very readable and clear quote. Chris knows his stuff when it comes to construction in general which helps in building that quote accurately and correctly. Correctly? You might ask, well, he is the one and only contractor that wanted to extend the pad the HVAC was resting on and it was short by 3-4 feet. There were other telling comments that made me feel at ease immediately. They gave me a great discount for purchasing two units. (Yes, it is such a blessing most of the time to have two units, until you must purchase them.)Chris and his crew came out on the day scheduled. Note: do not set your clock by these guys. AM is AMish. Once they arrived, they were all business. They had both units installed with corresponding Google nests set up as well. At the end, they had everything cleaned up, nice and tidy. All done with friendly professionalism. Just a note, there are two ladies that live here. At no time did either of us feel uneasy. The crew are also animal people and work great around cats and dogs. Although, I did keep mine away, while they were working. I could not ask to work with a better company and people. Thank you so much!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this team. Our AC went out suddenly during 110 degree weather. They found a slot in the schedule that they could guarantee a few days later, but also spoke with us letting us know they would try to get us in early depending on how other calls progressed, because we had no air at all. They were able to squeeze us in the next day!They were very friendly and responsive, called when they said they would, and addressed the problem very quickly.Most importantly, the service was amazing. They very very thorough making sure they looked at everything even once they found what seemed to be the problem. They fixed it wicket, gave some advice if it happens again and how to prevent it.They are very affordable and offer maintenance, which is helpful if you are trying to get a manufacturer repair by showing the system was maintained professionally.We have happily added them to our contacts for any future heating and cooling needs!

They came out and stated our damper was broken and then handed us a 2k estimate- but refused to explain what was wrong. . Had a second opinion done by Chas e Roberts - and the tech said that everything was disconnected. Now that he connected everything back together everything is in perfect working order. Interesting.

I have needed them twice in two years - for different problems. Both times, they were incredibly professional, efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. I called last night and Tonya scheduled me for an appointment between 9-10 AM. As promised, I received a text when Chris was on his way. Chris arrived shortly after 9 and started troubleshooting. Tracing the wiring from thermostat, to furnace, to compressor, he found a blown electrical component and replaced it immediately from inventory on his truck. No waiting for him to drive around, find a part and return. Their prices are extremely fair. I love supporting family owned, local small business - and this one knows how to do the job right!!

FABULOUS BUSINESS. Husband and wife. Extremely professional and responsive. They are swamped (as are all HVAC repairmen), but when our friend entered the hospital and we needed help, they squeezed us in the next morning. In 20 minutes they diagnosed and repaired a blown capacitor. We have a cool house now. They are so good, I asked them to sign us up for annual cleaning & checkup. I hope they get a personal break soon, but if you need help - THIS is the firm to call!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!! They were wonderful with response time and are such kind people. Truly care about their business and everyone should use them for all of the heating and cooling needs. They go above and beyond in their work and create a great client relationship. The put there heart and soul into their business. The currently go through insurance companies which only give them a small percentage of the profits. They deserve so much more so please hire them and you will never be disappointed.

Amazing!! Wife & husband operated. Our impression was that they really know their stuff, they are fair, and do everything they can to resolve issues as quickly yet thoroughly as possible. Our AC was not turning on & our home warranty co was not sending anyone til end of next week.... amid an excessive heatwave with temps 105+ every day. Rather than wait that out, we searched yelp for highly rated AC repair. So glad we found this company! They visited us the same day we called -- on a Saturday to boot! Our issue was a tricky one involving an electrical short for an outdated underground wiring system. The technician/owner troubleshot until arriving at a solution that kept us from having to do major rewiring/purchase a new system. We are happy to recommend. Give them a call first!!

Tonya and Chris of City Heating and Cooling are THE BEST! We were assigned to them through our home warranty company and we were lucky! Tonya worked FOR US to be sure the warranty company gave us everything we were due...which ended up being two new complete HVAC/Furnace units. That is what the warranty covered, but we had a third that was on it's last legs as well, so we had them replace that one as well. They are so nice and Chris does beautiful work! I highly recommend them!
