You wonder Enzo why u have 2.5 stars. You are not a doctor and no right to say the things you said. This people is the kind of man he is, he stoops to name calling and telling you how to you should live. Instead of just giving customer service. Just read his response. He posted all of his emails but none of mine HUH funny. We all deserve a company that gives good customer service not put anyone down. And if you are over 200 lbs go somewhere else. I guess he only sales to people that meet his weight requirement and life style. Oh and by the way he will also will try and sell you lotions he makes in the back room if you have pain from his furniture.PS for readers, I am 265 he never weighed me. LOL

This review has been in the making for almost 2 years. After receiving my order I waited a couple of weeks so that I could write an honest review now that my anger is over. We all suffered through COVID restrictions they were not pleasant for any of us but none more so than the small businesses. We went out of our way to support small business through out Cochise County. We had a previous experience with City Creek through our son and were working on a re-do of our kitchen. We found the perfect dining set here. We understood that it could take 52 weeks or a full year to receive our merchandise. We were okay with that, we were supporting a local business and could complete our project before it arrived. We placed this order in March of 2021, we received our table in July and this is where everything went to hell. First of all this business uses and email address that will go directly to your spam filter. We were able to work that out. We were never told why the chairs didn't come with the table but hey we had the table so we assumed the chairs would be coming soon. We called to inquire in August if they had any status and were told that oh they should be here by the end of September. September came and went so we were in Seirra Vista in November and decided to stop in, oh no, the chairs would not be here until January. Oh okay, we are still with in the 52 weeks so it was a bit frustrating but we were okay. What transpired from there was just amazing, in January we were emailed a response after a phone call that said the chairs would not be here until March 19. Guess what, that put us officially over the 52 week mark and we had to spend the next 9 months continually emailing them for updates. This is not customer service and no customer deserves ever to be treated the way were when this company missed their deadline. We understand delays happen but it was up to this company to contact us when deadlines passed, that didn't happen. I have attached the email correspondence to show the epic disaster of this transaction. We were told they would provide us loaner chairs but had to return them in pristine condition or be charged for them as well. We were forwarded internal emails from the distribution company that they work with. The worst part of that is that at one point it completely disproved what we told in a previous email about where the chairs were. But wait it gets even worse the email they forward to us had been received 10 days before they sent it to us!! I have never worked with a business that went out of their way not to provide customer service. There was absolutely no sense of urgency to help us once they missed the 52 week deadline. I will say that they offered us a gift but honestly, I could not accept it at that point it would have solved nothing and would not have come close to compensating my husband or I for the time we had to take from our day and jobs to deal with this situation. The owner will surely respond to this review, and I don't expect he will be kind about it so that's why I included the full email thread, with the only redaction being done to protect everyone's email address. I sincerely hope that should this company find themselves in the same situation with another customer they will take the time to proactively contact their customer and show a sense of urgency in rectifying the issues.

Called first thing in the morning to check on any holiday specials on mattresses. The guy who answered, heard my question and just said, "Keep moving, Babe!" I couldn't get a follow-up response at all. Very rude. I guess they don't want my business.. and if you were smart, you wouldn't give them yours, either.

Finally got rid of the horrible mattress we bought that was OK for the first year. Mind you, we have now had the mattress for almost 4 years, but we should have replaced it after the first year.Live and learn, 2K down the drain.
