Cinnabon

Was originally very excited to try these after remember loving these as a child. The staff at the store were extremely friendly and helpful. Walked away with two cinnamon rolls which looked so good but was quite disappointed in the flavor and texture. Cinnamon roll was soggy and the glaze/frosting needed a bit more flavor/substance to it. Would consider trying some of their other menu items to see if the bites solve some of these problems.

I was craving Cinnabon like something mad so we beelined 15 minutes before they were about to close. There are maybe 5 employees behind the counter starting to clean up and what not so they ignore us for a few minutes. We kept looking at all of them hoping one of them would acknowledge us. Finally one steps up the cash drawer and asks for our order. She was talking to someone next to her while imputing the order so distractedly she asked us a few times if that was all. I could hear the people behind us getting impatient. Eventually we were served and we were able to enjoy the delicious, marshmallowy goodness. The Cinnabon itself is amazing so I know we will be back.

Not a lot you can say about Cinnabon, you either like it or you don't. Personally I love Cinnabon's! The service at this new location in the Park Mall was very good and they offer 10% military discount making those Cinnabons taste even better. Buying a four or six pack saves you even more and is perfect to take into the office. The lines were long but well worth the wait. I'm sure there are other bakeries that make great cinnamon buns but with Cinnabon you know what your getting and it's fast and convenient.

This was such a disappointing experience at the Cinnabon in Park Place Mall, Tucson, AZ. I picked up my order, and I was missing (2) Cinnabons. I spoke to the manager, and they said they would refund me. Over the past 2 weeks, I have spoken to (3) managers (1 hung up on me when I asked what her name was) and filed (2) complaints with corporate. Unfortunately, there is nothing corporate can do because they are independently owned. I can't get a call back from anyone at Cinnabon. Also, corporate suggested that I go back to my Bank to get my refund. Just wow! Now, I can't go to that Cinnabon because they will spit in my food or give me something old/gross. Awful customer service and poor training of managers. All of this over a small refund because they messed up. Money is tight, and I was trying to reward my Team with something nice. I do not recommend this place.

Only one thing I can say about Cinnabon.........yum, yum, yum, yum! You know what you are getting every time. Location staff is helpful and willing to help with any questions. We bought some to take home, 9 minis and they stayed fresh all weekend!

been a while since I had a Cinnabon, but had such fond memories of a LG gooey cinnamon bun fr them I HAD to get one while in Park mall. what A HUGE disappointment! Dry and overcooked, barely any cinnamon sauce inside. REMEMBER the thick cream cheese frosting... it's no more BUT for .70 they will sell u a TABLESOON of frosting! Ugh... Only thing good about this Cinnabon are the MEMORIES of what use to be. Bring back the old owner!

Customer service was wonderful here! Had a problem with my order through a delivery service and the manger Blake went above and beyond in fixing the problem! Thanks again Blake!

If I could give them no stars I would. Management is rude and Unsanitary. On 07/06/23 I watched the male manager roll the cinnabons with no gloves on and proceeded to cut them and put them in the oven. There was a giant roach under there plate that they keep all the products on. The thing they put the dough in was full on old hard dough for the hole world to see. I will never buy from here or cater from this place again. Absolutely makes me sick that people are still like this
