Church's Chicken

Always a wait here. I used to like this place, but the past few times I've been it's been a waste of time and money. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken isn't all the way cooked. Not spicy at all, and the top bun is so hard it's inedible. Whoever brought my food out was rude, to top it off. Never going again. Wasted my lunch break and money.

I can deal with an error in a drive-through order, it's annoying, but I understand this happens. Two errors in the same order are doubly worrisome, but three errors in one order are just maddening. My wife ordered through the drive-through last night. She asked for and paid for a mixed (white and dark meat) dinner with two large Mac and cheese and a coleslaw. What she got was a legs and thighs dinner with two coleslaws, one mac and cheese, and no biscuits! Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I am not happy.

This place is so inconsistent.. I literally went to go pick up something from there and the Mac and cheese looked like someone pulled it out of a toilet pipe and tasted like it too

All Bad! No need to explain or complain! Enter at your own risk! Spoke to the manager at this location, completed the customer survey, and called customer service, all to no avail. I will NEVER return to this location!

Food was good. I like the chicken better than KFC. Price is high, but what isn't these days.

Food was just horrible? Like distrusting, plain, inedible. Mac n cheese was liquid and the corn tasted like plastic.

We went yesterday no one in there, ordered the 3 PC chicken wing combo both orders were so dry and old we couldn't eat them, requested fresh chicken, had to wait 15 mins for that, the 3 girls working were too busy looking at their phones, eating and talking, my friend ate some of the old chicken and was up all night sick. Doubt ill go there again.​

Not sure why rating so low. Been there quite a few times and always great. Biscuits not the best but everything else pretty good

I placed an order online yesterday and picked it up early evening. I ordered a side order of mac and cheese to go with our family meal. When we got home and opened the bag we had what I guess is a regular size mac and cheese which is like a cup of mac and cheese like you would get with a 3 piece combo meal but I paid $3.29 for a cup of mac and cheese which is a total ripoff. I tried to call the place (East Broadwy Blvd Tucson, AZ) I ordered it from to verify I got the right size but no one answered the phone after several attempts. We've ordered from this location before and I've always said this is a poorly ran business with suspect type Employees. In the photo below you can see the different sizes of the sides.

First, I'd like to start this off saying that about every 6 or 7 months. I'll stop at this churches chicken just to give them another chance. I won't be doing it again. I promise you their services just not very good. They don't listen. Do what you order. They repeat it back right but then you get something totally different. I just don't understand it. Even if you're close to this place, go somewhere else. It's not worth it. It's not worth your money to spend on this type of food and service.
