We keep returning to them for the way they stand behind their products and when there occasionally is an issue, they are great at scheduling an in-home visit, communicate well on when they will arrive, and show up on time. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly techs. Been customers of theirs for decades. I wish other businesses were as customer focused and reliable.

"Mama gotta brand new toy!" Our 12 yo Whirlpool decided it had enough, and old Bessie did her last groan. Mind you, she had adequate maintenance in the past, but her life expectancy had been met.Hubby went to Christie's and spoke with a really knowledgeable, professional salesperson, Anthony. After armed with a cost wag, lowdown on offered brands, and new technology, we headed back a few days later to purchase our washer. First rate experience with the Broadway location both purchasing and delivery/installation of a new side-by-side refrigerator. The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. The installers were efficient, careful and courteous.

All of our appliances have been purchased from Christie's because they have a great service department and the salespeople are wonderful. We purchased our new washing machine from an amazing salesman, Aaron, at the Broadway store. He was able to have it delivered very quickly and gave me invaluable information to make sure I was able to be successful with this new and improved washing machine. The washer was delivered earlier than anticipated by Marcus, who was respectful, patient, and very strong. Marcus took extra care to make sure there was no damage to our home, and he even waited while I cleaned the floor under my old washer. Thank you for another super experience with Christie's!

I would not recommend this buisness . I purchased a microwave and they installed it wrong and want to charge me another 149.00 to come back out and fix there mistake . I also bought a 5 yr warranty and have not received any information on it . They said I would receive a email with the information , 3 months later , I still have not received a email with information. I've never had to wait this long for warranty information before. I will never purchase from them again Bad Service

Love Christie's! Been shopping here over 20 years. Excellent home town service. Whole Tucson crew is amazing. Kira is a really nice, down to earth owner. I bought too large of washer dryer combo and they made it fit.

We were in need of a new refrigerator. Ours hadn't quite died, but it was getting sick. Would current supply issues keep us from getting what we wanted? We already had a leather recliner on order that might come in by June, and we certainly weren't going to play the waiting game with a life necessity like a fridge. So off we went to Christie's Appliances on Broadway. Our salesman, Anthony, was knowledgeable and helpful and patient. We discussed styles, brands, and features and he showed us plenty to choose from. We decided on a GE (made in America!) and Anthony promised delivery on Saturday. The only problem was that we had to take it in fingerprint-proof stainless rather than white to match the rest of the appliances.Friday we had a moment of panic after comparing the width of the front door to the width of our purchase. So the hub called Christie's and was reassured that they had this. No problem. Saturday morning the service department called to advise us of a noon-to-two delivery. First, Carlos and his partner Chase took out the old refrigerator. Then they removed the front door - took them only moments, obviously not their first rodeo. They easily wheeled the new one in, over the threshold and without bumping or scraping any walls. Carlos and Chase weren't just big and strong, they were careful. Once in and installed, the fridge's workings were still a big mystery. Carlos spent several minutes explaining and directing. We are very pleased. I predict I'll have a new convection/induction range in stainless from Christie's to match my beautiful new refrigerator.

went in to buy a stove, not a single person asked me if they could help me, nothing. all stood around talking. I rather go pay double to Lowe's and get great customer service!

I recently bought a refrigerator from Leo at the Ft Lowell location. His customer service was top notch.He didn't pressure and listened to my concerns. This is my second purchase from them and again a very positive experience.Today my refrigerator was delivered and kudos to Carlos and his team .They were on time,pleasant and worked as a team.Such a pleasant experience,I will continue to use Christies

This place is not even worth rating JUST A HORRIBLE PLACE!!! We bought many items from them and one of the items we bought was a dishwasher that had a leak problem after we bought it technician came out fixed it but damage done we had to put in new flooring in our kitchen now about 7 years after that major leak with dishwasher and we not only need new flooring but new cabinets on one side where dishwasher was and when I called the manager Brett at Christie's asking for a 20 per cent off on another purchase of a dishwasher he couldn't and wouldn't help me!! WHAT A JERK SO DISGUSTING THIS PLACE AND THE APPLIANCES THEY SELL!! DON'T GO HERE BIG HEADACHE IF YOU DO!!
