I live in Phoenix and and I'm staying at a friend's house here in Tucson. Her six month old washing machine malfunctioned so I went into Christie's to see if anyone could offer guidance. I knew she bought it here. Three people came up to try to help me. When we realized that it was going to require a service call, I was able to schedule it from the phone inside the store in 2 business days. What a completely different experience than I got from my "local" shop in Phoenix, where they just shrugged and handed me a phone number for my appliance issues.I wish Christie's was in Phoenix.

I don't know why this place doesn't have 5 stars in the previous reviews.We went to Christie's for a new dishwasher as we saw some great sale prices on their website & would prefer to patronize a family owned business when we can.Will helped us. He was an All Star with knowledge on the different brands, features, functionality & prices.We ended up saving about $500 on a top notch machine that had a little dent on the top, so it wasn't able to be sold as perfect. It's the first appliance we've needed to replace since moving to Oro Valley 3 yrs ago. We'll definitely be back.

Management and service at this place needs to take a few lessons in customer service. After purchasing an entire kitchen of appliances, my range hood was to be installed and vented to the outside. First, the hood itself vibrated badly and was replaced by a new one which had to be ordered and took 2 weeks. After the new one was installed, the installer failed to install the diverter to exhaust air through the duct to outside. Another service call. Another week. They scheduled to come out today and didn't have the diverter with them. Now it will be service call number 4 with no date of installation yet. Service department management has had all afternoon to come up with a solution and have yet to let me know their plan. Sales was no help as they are not connected to service in any way. Wow, never been treated so poorly.

I really wish I'd checked yelp first instead of relying on a friend's recommendation because apparently they used to be good but they sure aren't anymore. The salesman was friendly if a little high pressure to get a different brand of dishwasher than we had picked out but that's his job. The price was the e same as all the other stores. We went to Christie's for the service and sadly that's where things went horribly wrong. We paid an extra $149 for installation and we're scheduled for between 8-12 on Saturday. On Friday afternoon we got a message that they were coming Saturday between noon and five instead. We were fourth on the route. So we waited all day for installation. At five we got a call that he still had one more stop before us and it was a full kitchen and did we still want him to come out because it would be late, around 7. We said yes and waited more. At six we got a call that he was still in Oro Valley and wouldn't come to install until Monday. We said okay but we want to be first. Monday morning they arrived with the dishwasher but didn't install it because they said the hole wasn't big enough and left, taking the installation kit with them. So we made the hole bigger and paid another $49 for them to come install the dishwasher between noon to five on Friday. At 2:30 on Friday he said they weren't coming and we could have it installed on Saturday. We said we want to be first stop so we could make our appointment we had for that day. Saturday morning they arrived and kind of installed the dishwasher. They forgot to take the plug out of the garbage disposal until they had started the test cycle so it couldn't drain and got an error code. They also left it sticking out from t e cabinet about two inches. They said it was properly installed and a repair technician would have to come out and fix the error code or get us a new unit and it would be Monday before that would happen. Five minutes later I got a text asking me to rate my installation and I said everything that I said here. They said I would get a call on Monday to discuss my problems but the only call I got was from the repair guy scheduling a time to come out and clear the error codes. The dishwasher finally runs now, although it still sticks out two inches. Not that anyone at Christie's cares. I'm going to see if my dad and I can unscrew it and push it in flush and then reattach it so that it doesn't look terrible. I paid $1200 and I shouldn't have to put up with it looking jury rigged. So stick with the big box stores. The service will probably be better. It couldn't be worse.

We would have been better off going to a big box store. The performance of the refrigerator was disappointing and didn't function as sold to us. The guys who come out to do repairs are nice but we found the store management ultimately didn't care about our happiness as customers or our concerns. Never again.

We purchased 5 high end appliances from Christies including a $3,000 GE Profile refrigerator. The refrigerator came broken and dented, so two days later they brought a second refrigerator and it too was dented. By now we no longer wanted a GE Profile refrigerator as we felt their quality is poor. We said we'd pay more for another brand refrigerator but they refused to exchange it. So they installed the third GE Profile refrigerator and within 7 weeks the ice maker stopped working. Again we asked to exchange the refrigerator for another brand but they refused. They just want to push GE products and do not care about their customers. We will never do business with Christies again.

I recently purchased a Monogram double wall oven, a Monogram microwave and an LG refrigerator. The sales staff has been excellent. Today I took delivery of the refrigerator. The delivery people, Marcus and Andrew, were exceptional. Beyond expectations. They were very polite and engaging. They were meticulous in installing the appliance, taking extra time to make it perfectly level. Between the Doug and the sales staff and the delivery people, it makes you want to buy more. They also informed me the do their own service work. Anyone who has required service on an appliance knows the benefit of this service.
