Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is really great. The food is fresh, the lemonade is organic and the staff is friendly.I was on a walk and decided to stop by the local Chipotle on 22nd and craycroft. Didnt know what to expect since it's my first time here, but was immediately surprised by the low prices. $10 for a burrito and judging by the last person in line it was HUGE. Ordered a barbacoa burrito, $10.95 and all the ingredients are so fresh, it's a very impressive establishment. The lobby was a little messy but the food is also very messy and next to impossible to keep up with. Won't doc them a single point just for that. Highly recommended

How is this double barbacoa? This isn't even a single portion...This is like the 5th time in a row I've not received a correct portion...This was extra cheese (nope) extra sour cream (yup) extra barbacoa (not even a single portion...I keep thinking the last few times were a fluke but now I'm done with chipotless...

Pretty done with chipotle. Tired of paying 12 bucks for a burrito not worth my money. Pic has napkin for scale.

Bought lunch to go for us, a steak bowl, chips and queso. The chips were waaaay over salted and inedible. Next time, I'm going to taste the chips before I leave the store. Tried to call and let them know but they don't take calls at the store.

We love this location! It's 2023c but Belfonte is serving people in the year 3033! When he's there, I always know the place and the quality of food will be amazing!This place tends to get packed at random times, but they always seem to have food without running out of anything, and they work quick but effectively.

I go to Chipotle and get the same thing each time that I go the last time that I went, the restaurant tried to charge me $25 for one burrito when I asked why was I beingCharged for that much I got told the meat was high, I was just there last week getting the same burrito which was $14. Oh yeah and their attitude sucks

If I could put 0 stars I would. Piss more employees with the worst attitudes. Only chipotle location that will absolutely refuse to make a quesadilla & forces you to place an online order. Which is totally fine until you place the order & they refuse to complete the order until 15 minutes after the pick up time. WITH NO ONE in line. & your entire family is finished eating by the time you sit down with an entire order done incorrectly. No apology. No nothing. I suggest driving an extra 10 minutes to a different chipotle. It's worth it.

None of these quick service places are winning any points. Odd rules like quesadillas online order only...? Out of products 4 hours before closing on a Friday. Staff doesn't care again. Disappointed experience with chipotle.Too long and late left without food. Maybe next time. To be fair first bad experience.

Horrible service by Management. I love chipotle. Waited in line about 15 minutes for a brisket burrito. Which is amazing. Asked for double meat thinking it's 3 dollars extra.NOWHERE does it say it's 8$ extra. At all I looked. Finally get to the end and it comes out to 22$ for a burrito. I'm a nice guy. I don't want to make a scene. I ask the guys to make me a regular burrito and he says go wait back in line. And wait another 15 minutes? Yeah right. So I buy the burrito. I go check like the manager (heavy set with black glasses) says it's listed. Nothing. I ask her and she's SHOWS IT TO ME ON THE TABLET REGISTER. How do I get to see that?! Unbelievable. I'll never come back.This burrito better be good.

I come here every time and I always get the same experience. They leave so much juice from the beans and it always makes the bag break. There is a mess outside from where my bowl hit the floor and in my car from the leak. Learn how to drain beans people, not that hard. Also everyone had a piss poor attitude.
