The past few times they have put very few pieces of lettuce and protein in the bowls we ordered. I could literally see all the rice and beans in the base of plate. That's how little veggies and protein they served.

This place has gone to hell in a hurry. As much as I love chipotle it looks like I won't be eating there anytime soon. The customer service is awful, employees are rude and extremely lazy. They seem to think that they are going to get paid no matter what. The food orders are always incorrect and do not taste good. I have never seen a chain lose as much control over one restaurant as I've seen here. Very sad.

Food is obviously coming out of the employees PAYCHECK! Not only that but the food is dry. The meat is literally over cooked. The customer service is awful. It seems like they are annoyed when customers show up. Disappointed overall!

There portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller every single day. They are getting so selfish with the portions. They have the audacity to shake the spoon off even after they already gave a small portion and Don't even get me started on if you ask for extra meat. They give you the size of one portion and charge you double. I've given this place multiple chances but I'm done.

The service is terrible and the workers are so rude, I get it if it was busy but it was dead and the front lady was super standoffish and extremely rude. Just take the extra 10 minute drive to the Chipotle on Kino Pkwy because the food and service there is 10000000 times better.
