Chipotle Mexican Grill

Genuinly the best chipotle I've ever had. I come here semi often but the chips were so stellar this time I had to leave a review. As a prior employee I'm very happy with how this location is run and not to mention the staff!!! Abe is probably the nicest service worker I've ever met! Absolutely would recommend this restaurant

Probably the worst Chipotle I've been to. Mainly because of their portion sizes, you can tell they are trained to give very little of the obvious-meat, cheese, and Guac. Tons of rice, but when it came to meat very scarce, and the guac like a 1/2 scoop-not even the big scoop/hit ... I paid $2.70 for a TINY scoop of guac, was gone before I ate half. Hubby's bowl was half full. I asked for extra cheese and she sprinkled it on. Smallest bowls I've ever had at any Chipotle. If you think people don't notice, they DO.

My 11/28/2023 dinner experience was awful. 1 bowl dish was made accurately. The other bowl was not accurately made. It was missing the salsa, the extra portions of cheese and sour cream were not added. I knew immediately when I ordered Chipotle that I was gonna regret it, but I also hoped that it wouldn't be regretted.

Usually this is my go to place for food to go when I want something good and fresh!This time was disappointing in that the food was not right. Had the healthy bowl and it was mostly rice and very little else. To top it off the rice was way undercooked! So inedible I had to throw it out...Had I not gotten it to go I would have returned it immediately. Guess I'll think twice about one of my favorite places next time!

We preordered for a party of 12 - this location pulled it out for us. Great food- easily set up- and the Grant team couldn't have been more professional and courteous. I will be using this location again.

Absolutely, disgusting. Horrible. I cannot believe they even call this a taco. The f****** Tortilla, the green part of it is so chewy. You can't even chew it and the meat inside is taste like dog food. I cannot believe it. And they gave me no salsa, so it's dry as hell. And I've never in my life headsouth towards East grand road. As much as I want to never go back to this place. How did these people stay open? And how do they charge so much for their food? I don't even understand why people would go there.

Amazing customer service, amazing food. The workers were so kind. When I asked for the brisket they told me there was a wait, and the manager offered free drinks for the wait. She was so kind. Thats all I can say, was that this had one of the nicest people in any Chipotle I've been to. The restaurant was so clean too!

Abe helped me create my perfect entree, and was very nice and welcoming. My first chipotle experience was amazing and i will be returning again.

Ordered door dash, the sticker and label were correct but they placed it on the wrong food. The sticker clearly states bowel and it's on a burrito. Called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do because I ordered through door dash and of course they can't do anything since they didn't make the mistake. Stupid!!!

I ordered an online order from this restaurant for pick up. When I got home to eat I discovered a pubic hair in my food! Listen up readers, a pubic hair. Never again...
