Chipotle Mexican Grill

Was to order through the app. Food is already ready on time and fresh. Service is good as well. Ambiance is nice and not too loud or busy usually.

I was a bit scared to go to this location because of the reviews, but I've been a couple of times now without issue and feel confident to go back when I'm in the mood for Chipotle. The service was friendly and prompt, there didn't seem to be a lot of cross contamination (that you often find with this style of buffet serving), and the restaurant was picked up/clean. My biggest gripe is the amount of chips you get in a regular-size bag. Yeah, I get inflation is a real thing, but come on! Look at the pictures - I can fit all of those chips in one hand. Not worth it.

Pretty sure I've gotten food poisoning from this location twice so do not go here. They probably undercook the meat or something so don't risk it

I've been to this Chipotle many times, and it's always the same level of excellence. The building is well-lit and the air conditioning is great for cooling you down after being out in the hot Arizona sun. Everything is clean and organized. The staff are always friendly and grant large portion sizes. Ordering is fast and the food consistently tastes great and is never cold. Tortillas will stay warm for up to 20 minutes as well. I never regret going to this location.

I USED to eat at Chipotle weekly, but how they have fallen. The poor reviews on Yelp are consistent with my experience. Prices are up 50% over 3-4 years, service is indifferent/slow, and portions are undoubtedly smaller. I am down to visits every month or two, and will drop them for good if they don't improve. I miss the old Chipotle - come on - fix your business!

Wow I counted 5 pieces of steak in my steak taco or should I call it a bean taco. The barbacoa taco also looked pretty sad with a couple pieces and the pork ones was nothing but fatty pieces. So I guess the employees there get free meals by stealing what meat should normally go into our food. This Chipotle sucks and they are stealing from us. I can't believe this. I honestly didn't even want to eat this meal after seeing this and into the trash they went. I called up the manager and he said that because they are tacos a lot less meats go into them over the bowls. If I put all the meat together from these 3 tacos it be 1/4 of the meat that goes into the bowl and I'm sure I paid more than what a bowl is worth.

There is nothing nice to say , but this has to be said. Having waited for months and multiple opportunities to improve this location seems to only get worse. The restaurant is filthy and no matter how many people are standing around no one cleans. An online order for a burrito bowl filled less than half the bottom of the bowl. No joke! Rice, beans, and what was supposed to be barbacoa (it looked like a piece of poo) was smaller than half the bowl. The "manager" was rude when asked to remake the bowl. This location is NOT worth the time!

Dirty place. Workers are apathetic and don't clean the tables drink station not the food line. Always busy chatting and not working. Saw one worker using a brown napkin to smear filth but otherwise the whole place lacks any hygiene. I walked in with my large group, saw the filth, and left without buying anything. We'll check back in the future to see if anything has changed.

Best darn chips I've eaten in a long time ! Or else I was starving. Food is always fresh and good. Nice employees. Clean establishment. Burrito Bowl yum

Went in between 2pm and 3pm on Tuesday, September 25th. The guy making my food was not only an asshat, he didn't even get the toppings right. Asshat plus incompetence =I'm taking my business elsewhere. Teenagers run this place. Owners clearly don't care. Plenty of other Mexican options in Tucson! Bye Felecia!
