My son has been going here since he was very little and everyone has been really great. They are loving and caring. He is always ready to go to school in the morning. He has learned so much going here he has an amazing vocabulary for almost being two. They have amazing teachers. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

This used to be great for my daughter, lately it did not work out anymore. There is an extreme lack of communication, teachers don't get enough training. I had to pick up my daughter for pulling another child's hair but when i got there and she had bloody scratches all over her face and was bleeding out of her mouth there wasn't even an incident report and another child told me that she fell while the teacher told me she didn't know how it happened. The director told me that the teachers don't have training on aggressive behavior. Excuse me? I have a background in childcare and that was one of the first trainings i had to take. For the price you are paying the quality is horrible. Do yourself a favor and take your child somewhere else.

Dear potential parents of Childtime. I am a former parent, I would just like to give a little insight on my experience at Childtime. My daughter was attending Childtime for a little over a year. She's was acclimated with the staff, and the different teachers she rotated with. Until one day in January my daughter came home to tell me a teacher hit her. Shocked by what news I was told I remained calm. I asked for my daughter to show me what happened, mind you parents my child is only 4 years old. As my daughter showed me what happened I was able to understand what the teacher actual did. It was naptime and my daughter was one of the few children that were still awake. My daughter said she tried to get up from her mat and that her teacher pushed her back down, with her hands and she fell back. My daughter stated when she went back on the mat that she bit her tongue. So obviously the teacher had to have somewhat of a forceful push. Shortly after she told me the story I called to speak with the director and demanded to watch the video footage of my daughters class. The director of child time explained she had no access to the tapes and that she has to get in contact with her direct boss. After a whole day passed the director called me back. To make a very long story somewhat short the director stated the teacher would be handled and to make me as a parent comfortable, they would place my child with another teacher, which in fact was an outstanding teacher. The director stated there was no video footage I could see and that the cameras are only there for a live steam. I was not fully satisfied that they kept a teacher that put her hands on my child but they gave me their word that my child would not be placed in her classroom ever again. One day randomly the director tells the teacher to tell me that my child was going to be placed back in the teachers room where my child said she pushed her. As furious as I was I marched in the office and asked why they were moving my child into the room with the teacher that I did not trust. The director explained they had too many 4 year olds in the room and since my child was a younger four that she had to be placed with 3 year olds. Which to me made absolute no since I thought 4 was four I couldn't understand why my child being a as they called it "younger four" that meant she be placed in a 3 year old room. After long back and fourth with her boss he called me just to side with the director. How did they expect me to place my daughter back into a room where a teacher inappropriately put her hands on my child and no further action was handled. Childtime you failed me but most importantly you failed my daughter. On your website it states that your first priority is "safety to children" how is it safe that one of your teachers is mishandling the children. You are wrong and this must be put out there for other people to see. Parents DO NOT PLACE YOUR CHILD IN THIS HORRIBLE CHILDCARE. They don't care about the children first. The have to many children for teacher ratio, and all they care about to enrolling more children to make more money. They have so many kids to the point where they have to move children down an age group vs being place with children their age and maturity level. If I could give this childtime a 0 star rating I would. If you want the best for your children DO NOT PLACE THEM HERE.

We love this place. My daughter had been going here for 2 years and I wouldn't have her anywhere else. When my daughter first started as an infant I was afraid she wouldn't like it and and for me having her around complete strangers is scary, but they do an amazing job of feeding her, teaching her, making her feel welcome, keeping the place super clean and giving her another little family. She loves all the teacher and so do I. I recommend this place to everyone.

My children have been attending since June 2014 and since we started, my daughter has truly flourished. Her attitude has gotten so much better that we are''t fighting everyday, her speech has improved tremendously and her vocabulary has increased. I have never been happier with any other place that my daughter has been. Childtime is my daughter's 5th place in 3 years and this is the best. My son Ian started when he was 5 months old and he is blossoming here. Kids are moved around in the afternoon as other kids go home, but the everyone adjust so well that this has not become an issue.

If you want to pay $300 a week for your child to sit in poop and have a horrible diaper rash then CHILDTIME is your place! I normally never leave reviews because I hate giving bad energy out; however, as a mom I feel like other parents need to know my experience. Some pros and cons...Pro: They have three amazing women that are great with kids, but it seems as though they are the ones treated poorly by "management". Of course, the hard working caretakers are part time - I don't think by choice - but part time so the company doesn't pay out benefits. Cons: The good workers typically only work mornings so your child will most likely be changed in the morning, but come afternoon prepare for diaper rash and poop pickups. Pro: I think they hire anyone that clears a background check, so if you're looking for a job this is the place for you! Do a tour and you can see that there's no dress code when it comes to shorts. And as I stated before, diaper changes do not seem to be a priority. Con: "Directors" will always reference the famous "diaper log". When the diaper log shows three changes they'll say the log was wrong due to a glitch - but they will NEVER acknowledge the child's parts that are covered in rash. The only real log is the one you'll find in your child's diaper - that you will end up changing yourself. Pro: When we emailed the Director's boss we saw a change and our daughter's diaper was changed for a couple months. Con: Over the last year, the facility itself just got dirtier. If you tour, take a good look at the mop bucket. The mop head and bucket are black so moving dirt is the baseline of cleanliness. Plus, they typically start cleaning around 3:00 or 4:00 near pick up time so you will be walking on a wet floor and helping spread the germs from your shoes as well. In the end, I highly encourage a tour, you'll be greeted with yelling, short shorts, a sweaty sour smell and most likely toddlers running around with full poopy diapers.

I was duped. My child only went for two weeks and almost every day that I picked him up, he had a poop diaper, twice is was so dry, I had to scrape it off his backside. His behavior immediately changed while going to this daycare. They never use the app so I always had to ask if he ate, how many diapers, was he getting enough water etc. one day they sent him home for being "emotional " and we were told it was bc the teacher was prob overwhelmed. Mind you, we had just moved back to Tucson, so my 2 year old had to readjust to a new daycare and new city. Today I picked him up from this place and he reeked of poop, come to find out his shirt was covered in dried fecal matter that had probably been there all day. He also has the worst diaper rash I have ever seen. He wouldn't even walk for me when I picked him up today. His inner thighs and genitalia were beet red and raised from irritation. He has since been pulled out and I would never tell someone to send their child here. EVER.

Childtime has been a wonderful place for my child to attend after school care and participate in summertime activities. The staff knows my child's particular needs and they help him learn how to socialize with his peers by providing a safe space for him. I have seen my child's confidence and behavior grow! The staff keeps me well informed, so I feel confident leaving my child in their hands.

There are not enough stars in the sky with which to rate childtime. My husband and I often say enrolling our son there was the best thing we could have done for him.

Childtime has been so wonderful and super accommodating to my kids and their needs. The staff takes great care and really loves all these kids as if they were their own and it shows when you walk into the classrooms :). My older kids really enjoy it so much my daughter is so excited for summer camp again, and my middle child is now old enough to go on the field trips so he's also excited! This place is really amazing with fun/professional staff and a wonderful learning environment!
