Children's Learning Adventure

We truly love this center. Our grandson has been coming here for over a year now. His teacher is amazing. She takes her time with the kids and always has a smile on her face when we see her. The director is always kind to us when we come in saying hello and good. morning. She also knows all the kids by name which is amazing to us seeing how many kids are there. That shows she truly cares and takes the time to get to know them. The ladies at the front desk are always kind and friendly. All together the staff are amazing and give great service. Best thing about it is our grandson loves to come to class everyday and that makes us happy and comfortable! Thank you all

The teachers are great from my experience with my children, however the director Tammy is very pushy and antagonizing when it comes to making a payment for being only a couple days late and IF THAT. She has followed me out to my car and threatened not to allow my child to be dropped off. I am a single mother that works hard like the rest of us. Their father also picks up and drops off as well and she has NEVER not once asked him. I make my payments weekly as I am supposed to and when you owe less than $100 for 1 week and being hounded it's very frustrating when the payments get paid regardless the day of that same week. I have had to contact corporate a multiple times because of it. And they can see my payment history is not delinquent. My children have been going here since 2019 before she came and she has a very rude personality and persona about her presence ever since day one. And now after her constantly harassing me I have chose to part ways and disenroll my child because of her and the way she conducts business.

I'm usually a pretty understanding person and do not like to leave reviews but this place is a a joke.DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE 1) they are under staffed and my daughter always had different teachers2) when I'd go pick her up it was always chaotic one time I saw multiple kids in the restroom unattended playing in the toilet water and one even came out crying with his face full of soapA teacher saw him and did nothing3) multiple occasions my daughter came home with dirty underwear because she wasn't cleaned correctly and it resulted in rashes 4) she got bit twice (which I understand happens) but me and her father were not notified. They told me once I got there5) they have "cameras" and screens but the whole time I sent my daughter there they never worked or were never on 6) they only ID'd me once and never ever did I see them Id anyone coming into that building or even check If they are able to pick up those children,On one occasion they allowed someone who wasn't on the pick up list to take my child out of class7) my daughter ended up hospitalized for a week with RSV and when I called to notify them their response was "oh yeah there's been a couple kids out with RSV" yet we never got notified about that no email nothing and when I asked why they don't tell parents about cases like that they said they put a paper on the door of the class that has had cases which 1) if it's not on my daughters door how would I be aware and 2) they move the kids around all day so my child could come in contact with that other class. When I asked why they wouldn't email parents letting them know their response was "because their system isn't set up to send out emails about that."But it sure as hell is set up to email us about tuition increase and supplies needed!8) and lastly they will continue to charge you after you've unenrolled your child even when having an email from them stating you won't get charged any more and also after speaking to Betty and her saying your not gonna get charged anymore and guess what we got charged again!$400 they have taken from our bank and apparently there's only one person in that WHOLE FACILITY that can handle billing and answer your questions which is Betty and by chance she's always "not in" when you need a solution to their mess up!So please save yourself a headache and find elsewhere to send your child

We left this daycare a couple of years ago, unhappy with the constant turnover of directors over 4 came and went). The quality of care went downhill and the prices are just to higher for subpar care. Found excellent care elsewhere (similar pricing).

I have a 1 year old daughter who attends here. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I always feel like there is room for improvement. *Pros: large facility, clean, structured, low turnover rate, kind staff, my child doesn't come home sick all the time *Cons: pricey, location (far from my job), cameras to check in on my childI have taken my daughter to daycares with camera parents sign into. I understand privacy policies but it was real nice being able to check on your child every now and then.Overall: I would recommend this to my friends and family for daycare. I can't speak much for camps and before/after school programs but they do provide a lot of great activities from what I read.

This place is a complete joke. I don't even know where to begin, but let's just say i have the regional managers personal cell phone number. Between my child having the same kid bite him over a dozen times in a months time frame, to finding a little girls rubber band wrapped around his tooth last night. The classes are significantly understaffed and over populated. The morning staff all genuinely love kids but the teachers they have in the afternoon could careless about them. I walked in last night to another set of new teachers and was asked "who are you" instead of a hi who are you here to pick up. The "teacher" was also standing next to my son as he was crying and not doing a thing. She had no idea who i was so that tells you that the staff as zero integrity. Why was he crying? Because of the hair tie stuck in his teeth. He is three and could have adequately conveyed this to the teacher if she asked. As of today, i am looking for another place to keep my son and working from home in the mean time. It's a beautiful facility but very corporate. Beware. Oh and they have also raised their prices significantly. Which would be fine if the level of car matched their proceUPDATE:Emailed Sierra like she asked, that day, still no response back. Just a small peek into what I deal with. Also, another morning where the student to teacher ratios are way off. Should be 1:8. Had two teachers with about 30 2 year olds. Smh.

My grandaughter attends this school and she loves it..we are always greeted in the morning by the Director or the Assistant..my grandaughter is so proud of her school her personality has grown significantly being there..she loves her teachers...her journey there has been a Blessing even for her mom n dad..and myself because of the joy she has and the learning she has taken in..the environment when you walk in is pleasant and soothing there is always something up for the occasions..One thing for sure honestly can say if there is anything you need or going through they will help you..Respectfully a happy Nanie

Waited for my interview for over an hour and when I met Tammy , or Tamara?? Idk her name but she was rude, didn't even apologize. Only asked about three questions and repeated the 2nd one twice and said she had a bad headache and couldn't remember her questions being asked to me. Seemed like she rushed the interview. I went home that day and withdrew my application. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Get better employees.

I love this place so much! Both of my kids are really happy here. They have grown so much! My daughter is starting to read and my son is now potty trained! The teachers are so amazing! I really can't say enough great things about this daycare. The teachers are kind and take their time with each child. They are open from 6:00am-6:30pm. I love love love this daycare! One of my favorite things is they do picture days twice a year, this is a great way to see growth in kids!

This daycare has provided wonderful care for my 20 month old son! The staff is truly caring and attentive and treats my son like their own! For a while he had some issues adjusting when I'd drop him off as he would cry and cling to me, but no matter what he was always so happy and in a great mood when I'd pick him up. I consider that a good indicator that he is well cared for. Staff is quick to call and let me know of any accidents or illnesses. I like receiving a paper daily report on what he has eaten and status on diaper checks. If I could suggest anything I'd recommend having an app for parents to check in to get live updates on what kiddos are doing, eating, diaper status, and able to login to a portal to check on invoice balance and pay from there. I know other daycares do that and it makes life a lot easier and keeps parents informed at all times. Otherwise good job CLA! Definitely recommend!
