I enjoyed my quesadilla. The service was good. Plenty of seats. Also plenty of windows that let in natural light and restaurant is clean.I'll eat here again next time I'm in Tucson.

I was so looking forward to these tacos because they look so good, but they were the worse tacos I've ever had!I couldn't eat any of chicken inside of the tacos because it was so hard! How could they mess up chicken like that? It felt like this was chicken that they put in the microwave and heated to the point were it was rock hard!I bought two orders for almost $25....never going to these place again!

Very friendly and quick. Decent quality for the speed, but nothing special and I didn't get the guacamole I paid extra for.

The food tastes good. However, their staff doesn't listen to requests. they are rude! Lastly they were unaccomadating.

This was our first time in Tucson. We decided to stop by for some real authentic Mexican food. Very surprised with the amount you get. The servings were huge. We ordered Supreme Nachos, Chimichangas and Fried Tacos. We ate some but there was so much we had to take the rest back to the hotel. There were still enough nachos left for possibly 2 more people. This is a must if you're ever in Tucson....Highly recommended.

What a great experience! I stayed at a local hotel and due to COVID the dining room was closed. I phoned in an order and walked up to the drive thru. Friendly service and order was accurate. The chicken was perfect! A fantastic meal at an honest price. I'm giving this location 5-stars keeping in mind this is fast food. The chicken was cooked well with a tasty and crispy skin. The macaroni side was excellent and the side salad was fresh. What's not to like?

The chicken is very flavorful and I really enjoyed it. It is better than Pollo Loco's chicken. The rice and beans were OK, too. The chicken is a result of the originator's own recipe. The chicken is marinated and then grilled. It comes out moist and tender and flavorful.This location is fairly big with lots of tables. It has a nice eating area with panoramic windows if you want to view the Valencia traffic. ;)The server was meh, you could tell she was "just working there" and that's about it. However, an Esmeralda was working the drive-through and sometimes the counter and listening to her wait on customers was a delight. I had to get a refill on my horchata and she was just cheery and positive.If you want a good alternative to fast food chains, try this local chain for a variety on your menu. It's one of the better chicken places in town.This is basically "just around the corner" for me and it is very convenient. Over the last eight years, this has been my go-to place for all of my Amazon returns. The employees are friendly. Decent hours that are convenient. We've even sent a few packages on our own. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

although service was fast and they were nice, i can't believe i was charged a LARGE guacamole and chips and this is how i received it...... i live in green valley which is 38 min away & the fact that my guacamole was thrown on like this makes it impossible to eat now that half of these chips are just soggy due to the decision the worker made to slab not even 2oz onto these chips. i work for food service... this is unacceptable.

The food was good. The air conditioning situation, not so much. The area closed off for guests, but open for the workers to have lunch was nice and cool. The area open for the customer nice and HOT.
