Food was mid, the employees won't let you use the restroom even if you are a customer, can't wash my hands to eat my food, Unprofessional, will definitely not stop by again.Doesn't cost anything to be nice, even with the overpriced items can't afford to treat customers right.

Food is good, but staff really needs to read the online orders and complete accurately. Have purchased from them before and although the food is hot and good, both times the request to have an item omitted has gone overlooked. Very important to read the orders thoroughly and ensure it is accurate before Door dash/GrubHub delivery drivers pick it up for delivery. Sucks to place an order, pay extra fees for delivery, only to have it arrive wrong. Details...

My two cents is Chickenuevo is great fast food! The chicken is super flavorful and the sides are completely respectable as well. Just as notable is the staff has always been super nice when I drive thru. I've only ever ordered straight up chicken with sides of refried beans and red rice, so I can't honestly comment on any other menu item. But so far so good, and we've been pretty regular customers for at least a few years. Oh! Their flour tortillas are terrific!

I am a repeat customer to Chickenuevo. Food is always prepared perfectly, macaroni salad is one of the best I've ever had! Try the Churros, you'll be hooked...

Tonight was my first time trying Chickenuevo. I got the #4, half chicken with 2 sides, salsa, tortillas and a drink. For the sides I got macaroni salad and pinto beans.I went through the drive through. Service was super fast and the 2 females that helped me were super nice.The chicken was good. Dark meat, which I love, was moist and almost fell off the bone. The white meat was good, but was a little dry. The tortillas are really good, not store bought. They either make them there, or get them from a local bakery.I could not eat the macaroni salad because it has ham cubes in it (thought that was odd), but it looked good, and the beans were delicious. Also the salsa was good and spicy.Overall I really liked it, and I will go back. I found the price to be very reasonable.

Excellent chicken tacos, but don't go there for the nachos. Extra bummer; they don't give you a discount for requesting the vegetarian alternative. Asking for no chicken on the nachos, was also a foreign concept to the cashier behind the counter. Overall, a meh kind of experience.

This little place has some of the best pollo asado I've had a long time. Extremely fresh made after you order it. Highly recommended the service is amazing considering it's only one lady and she's working her tail off. Really good little small hole and wall restaurant

I've driven past this restaurant so many times and decided to go through the drive-thru today. I got the #2 meal for $9; legs and a thigh with 2 sides, tortillas and a drink. Definitely try the horchata! It was the best part of the meal. I expected the chicken to be more flavorful. The salsa was mild and not very thick unfortunately.

STAY AWAY - they charge for salsa and limes...They are overpriced and rude. I went through the drive thru and before paying I asked for limes and salsa. The lady (Atzity) said ok. When she gave me my food I checked and there were not in the bag. She honked to get her attention multiple times. She finally came to the window. I let her know you didn't include the limes and salsa. She said you have to come to the front or have to charge you and closed window. Which makes no sense! I get down and I let her know there are no limes. She said, we are out. This place must be a drug front. I can't see how they would stay in business otherwise. They don't deserve one star.
