My new VW Tiguan is already a year old and ready for its first service. I easily made my appointment online. Arrived half an hour early (because that's the way I roll) and my service writer, Mikayla Hann checked me in immediately and asked me how I liked my car. We had a lovely conversation about the music I was listening to, then she directed me to the waiting room and assisted me up the ramp. The waiting area is roomy and spotlessly clean with comfy chairs and a table next to each. Complimentary bottled water, fancy flavored coffee, and freshly-made popcorn are available, plus snack and soda machines. The two TVs weren't on, although the young man who was popping the corn tried but couldn't turn them on, lol. I do not travel without my Kindle, so that didn't matter. Immaculate and spacious restrooms are nearby. After a couple hours, Larry Sanchez, my service advisor, dropped in to say my car would be ready in just a few minutes. My car was returned to me freshly washed - a real wash, not a rinse and sort-of-dry situation. The charge for my complete twelve-month service was $0.00. I could not have been more pleased.

Paul is truly the best! We dealt with Paul in 2021 & he got us into a VW Tiguan R line, which we have loved. We just went in to see Paul again yesterday to either buyout our lease or swap out cars & we decided to swap for another Tiguan. We are so grateful for Paul, as he's truly salt of the earth & gives 110%... he is the epitome of customer service. Paul actually works for Chapman Honda, but sold us on another Tiguan after test driving the CRV sport AWD hybrid, which was also a great car, but ultimately the Tiguan won out. Thank you Paul & the Big Dog that met us halfway & made it happen

Straight forward,they didn't pressure me to buy something out of my budget, I found the car I wanted and the signing was super easy.

We were very satisfied with our shopping experience here. This was our first time buying a car not out of desperation, it's a MUCH nicer experience! We found the exact vehicle we wanted on their website, got everything worked out before even showing up so we were only there for I think 90 minutes! Thomas was our sales person, and he was quick and efficient and polite and funny. He made this experience very easy. AND we got our dream car!

Scott was extremely insightful and polite. He provided guidance on my inspection and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My vehicle needed quite a bit of service done, but this location had a cappuccino machine and comfortable chairs - making the wait more bearable.

I went on Friday to get the car I wanted. The salesman that was "helping" me was indeed not helpful at all. we were reviewing numbers and he was not listening to me to what I preference or was looking for. I told him I was interested in the APR special and kept including a down payment when calculating my payments, when I kept telling him i wasn't putting a down. he was not willing to negotiate and was really greedy. i forgot his name but his desk name tag says he's from Cananea MX. worst experience with a sales person.

Completed yearly oil change. Needed a fuel filter. Always satisfied having Chapman keep my 2015 Jetta diesel running right.
