My brother recently got his driver's license and I needed to get a new vehicle because I'm gifting him my old one. I had been searching for a mid size SUV and went to many dealerships to test drive and negotiate prices. Chapman Honda was one of the only dealership that did not have any hidden fees and there was no high-pressure sales tactics. Sam was professional, courteous, and timely when responding to my communications. I test drove the vehicle on a Saturday, and 6 days later, I made the purchase. I ended up acquiring a 2021 Lincoln Nautilis reserve at $22,550 (not including sales tax and financing charges). It was cheaper than similar 2021 Lincolns, and I ended up getting a good rate at 5.79% (your rate is going to depend on your credit score). Chapman Honda is firm on their prices and do not negotiate; however, you can negotiate on the add ons. It was a relief because I had been searching for a vehicle for about 2 months. I had some pretty terrible experiences with other dealerships and I am happy that I found a person that wanted to do business with me and wanted to help me pull the trigger if the numbers made sense on BOTH ends. With some other dealerships I came across, it seemed like they only wanted to move forward if the numbers looked good for them. I would recommend working this dealership if in the market for a vehicle. Every dealership has their unique way of doing business; however, I really enjoyed the transparency I got from Chapman Honda.Lastly, since my mother had purchased a separate vehicle from Chapman Honda beforehand, her referral gave her a $100 check.

Joshua was absolutely amazing!! I was looking online for a car for a while and visited many dealerships. I have had many terrible experiences at alot of dealerships, but I never experienced Honda Chapman so I gave it a shot. I was blown away by the hospitality and customer service I recieved! I spoke on the phone with Joshua and he gave me all the information I needed over the phone and he even offered to bring the car I was looking at to the dealerships closer to me. I ended up changing my mind on the original car choice and Joshua never once changed his personality and always had my best interest in mind. I was happy to pick out a new car with him and he walked me though the whole process and was very clear and concise with everything we talked about. I have purchased many vehicles over the years. Over those many experiences, I have never had an easier and more pleasant buying experience than I did with Chapman Honda in Tucson!After a long and arduous search for my next vehicle, I found it online at their dealership. I submitted an inquiry on a Sunday night... and Elizabeth Cota (Liz) from Chapman reached out to me shortly after they opened on Monday morning. We had a nice chat and then she went to work - taking and sending pictures and videos of the vehicle and getting me an acceptable price for my trade.I made the almost two-hour drive from the Phoenix area and she had the vehicle cleaned, charged, and ready for my test drive. An hour or a half later, all paperwork was completed and I was out the door with my the keys to my new vehicle!Some common pain points in the vehicle buying process are the length of time that it takes and the handoff to multiple dealership folks... but Chapman has solved those problems by cutting out the "finance guy" and training their salespeople to handle the entire transaction from front to back! Liz was my salesperson and would also have been my finance person too. I was fortunate that I did not need to finance my new vehicle, but based on how easily and quickly Liz worked through everything else, I am confident that it would have been painless (and maybe even fun)! And another shoutout to Liz for not being pushy or trying to sell me anything that I did not want.A five-star experience all around! My purchase 2025 Honda Pilot at Chapman Honda was a pleasant experience. Costa was the only agent I worked with from beginning to the end. I love this hassle-free buying process and working with Costa. No more haggling and endless pursuit from finance people like at the other dealer. Costa is very professional and attentive to what you need. He's very patient and knowledgeable about what's going on with Honda Vehicles and financing promotion.Then I came back for routine service and Alexandria is amazing and she's super helpful and patiently listen to my inquiries about vehicle services. She's also very responsive to any question I had while waiting in the lounge. Perfect rating for Alexandria! I have a Honda pilot that needed a new timing belt. And they set me up within a couple days. It is a long service so they set me up with a complementary Uber to and from work. Their service is impeccable. Alex(andra) was my service person and she is always so top notch. She helped me find a coupon that saved me $50! Austin helped me in the morning and I stressed that I had a small window of opportunity to get to work. And he got me an Uber right away! We purchased a 2025 Honda CRV from Chapman Honda on Jan. 11, 2025. It was a very pleasant experience with no hassle (we used Costco car service) and were happy with the price. The two salespersons, German and Ryan, simply were outstanding as a result of the service they provided, excellent communication via email, lack of traditional sales tactics most of us dread, very nice demeanor and smooth, efficient and highly professional process. First time customer at Chapman Honda for my first oil change on my 2025 Civic. Gabby (Gabrielle Hansford) was my service advisor and she's awesome. I had my appointment at 4:00pm, I arrived around 3:30pm and she wrote my car in without problem. She's absolutely great and explained to me everything that was done on that first visit and also explained to me the results of the multi-point inspection. I used to be Service Advisor for a Toyota Dealership and I know it's hard to find people with dedication to their customers and passion for their job.
