As part of the Chapman Auto Group, Porsche Tucson referred me to the glass department at Chapman Acura to replace my cracked windshield. Every step of the process, from my first communication with Nicole, later communication with Camren, and the glass installation by David was handled professionally and well executed. The service was refreshing, particularly when service - automotive or otherwise - too often falls short of the the mark. Highly recommended.

Update to my previous reviews. Thank you to Justin and Brandon for getting us a much needed loaner vehicle while the RDX was in the shop for a week. Thank you for getting the better outcome for us considering the issues we have dealt with, from the vehicle.Long story short, we have gone through two rack and pinions for this car in under 50,000 miles. Due to the inability to get a loaner vehicle, we weren't able to get in for awhile. We do a lot of commuting, so this has been a huge disappointment. We bought the car trusting it would be a worthy investment for our family. It is now out of warranty, so I'm hoping it will be ok until we get another vehicle.My rating is high for Justin and Brandon. My rating is low for the car. I just don't trust it now considering major failures twice in a row.

My first visit to Chapman after moving to Tucson and it was outstanding! A minor headlight problem (for this visit) handled quickly and courteously by Alexander. When I mentioned a future visit to deal w/my defunct GPS, Alexander called over Justin who resolved the issue in a few minutes, taking time to explain it to me.Even more impressive than this immediate fix is that I had spent two entire days at the dealership in WA State as they tried unsuccessfully to fix it, eventually deeming it irreparable. Kudos to Tucson's Chapman Acura and both of their superior staffers.

Easy to schedule service thru a very qualified and personable service advisor, Justin. Upon arrival was greeted promptly and professionally and my car was immediately checked in to start the work. With work set to take over a 1/2 day, I was offered a courtesy vehicle. I was kept in the loop through texts and picked up my car the next day, which was a Saturday. Not the cheapest, but since 2013, I have always trusted Chapman with my 3 RDXs. Great job! Thank you.

Update: DJ messaged my husband a day after I left my review (pic below). If what he texted was true then he would have argued with the GM if he had to about lowering the price on one of the cars we liked that wasn't an Acura instead of saying they could only take $700 off of it even though our car was ruined.***don't recommend Patrick or DJ***My husband and I leased our 2023 HR V back in October 2022 through DJ and had a positive experience. I have learned that a positive first time experience doesn't mean you should go back for a second experience.About a month ago my husband mentioned looking at trucks and I told him that it was up to him, that I wouldn't ever drive it because I hate big cars. We went here since we aren't allowed to trade in a leased vehicle anywhere besides Acura or Honda and Chapman Acura had a red F 150 my husband liked. My husband test drove it and liked it so we did the numbers and he agreed to it. Patrick was the main one in charge of the paperwork, but DJ was our salesman since he did our lease. My husband signed some paperwork (he never signed the actual paperwork, the dealership pretty much lied to him about the interest rate... keep reading). He has the truck for a month and he hadn't received any paperwork from the local credit union he got approved through so he calls them and they said the interest rate he was approved for was different than what the dealership told him and that the dealership never returned their call. That he was technically declined. So he called the Honda/Acura dealership and he said he didn't want the truck because he didn't want a higher interest rate than what they said and that they should have returned the banks call instead of not doing anything for a full month. That they didn't deserve a sale after the negative experience he had. We asked for our leased car back that we traded in and they said they couldn't give it back to us. We told them well you have to since we don't want the truck that didn't have the deal we agreed on. The deal was never made, no valid paperwork was signed. They said no, we can't give you your car back. Not because they paid it off, but because a homeless person that was caught on camera had started an alley fire that caused 3 cars to catch on fire the weekend of October 19-20Our car (2023 Honda HR V), a $85k Acura, and an Acura rental were caught on fire. We asked if we could look at our car since we didn't believe them. The whole back driver side of our car was burnt. I knew it was mine because of the tire caps. The car had the LX wheels on it when I had it, but the dealership was about to sell it and the person said they wanted the black wheels so they agreed. We were told that we could choose a different car instead of the truck we didn't want anymore as long as it wasn't new. We liked a few of the used cars they had, but they wouldn't give us the decent discount ($3000) like the GM offered since our car was ruined. We told them that if they weren't going to stick to what they said, then we would leave with the truck that we had signed papers for since they told us the HR V was technically there's for paying it off when it wasn't because the deal wasn't valid due to the interest rate being wrong on the paper my husband signed. When we said that they said "no you aren't, that's our truck. They said if you don't want the truck then you won't have any car" as if we would have to walk home. If we had been able to get our car back like we deserved since we said no to the deal, then we could have sold it ourselves and had $4-5k positive equity. I told Patrick and DJ that and they used a rude tone of voice and said "no you wouldn't have been able to". I said "yeah I would have, we owed $19,500 on our car since it was leased and could have sold it privately for $25k. I can show you the KBB value" Patrick said no once again and DJ followed along since their buddies. We lost $4-5k due to our car getting caught on fire. We didn't buy a car from here after the chaos with the truck and our HR V

Oil and filter charge a little high but acceptable given the quality of work. The labor charge to install new windshield wipers at $28 was outrageous since most auto parts stores will do it for free. Parts are fully priced and labor computes to $185 per hour!. Moreover, labor charges are flat rated per job regardless of how much time it takes.
