Chalo's La Casa Reynoso

The worst mexican food! Taco Bell is better than this! Even their chips and salsa are horrible! I ordered the beef chimichanga... the top appeared to be fried and the bottom was not fully cooked. And to top it off, the beef inside was overcooked, tough and tasteless. The margarita was even tasteless. I had hopes that the fried ice cream (with strawberries) would make up for the poor meal... I was wrong. I had to wait until I got to Tucson to get a decent meal. Skip this place. Next time I'll stop at Taylor Freeze in Pima instead...

Food was acceptable. The "salsa" was like a bowl of ketchup. Help was OK but the atmosphere was bad. Someone needs to be told that painting over filth does not equal cleanliness. .

Ownership has changed recently and the quality of the food has declined steadily since. Service is still terrible, there is literally no good reason to eat here any more.

I love thier machaca chimi enchalada style with guac. But the service has gone down hill lately. 5 years ago it was top knotch but now it seems like the people waiting don't give a crap about service. But the food is amazing and I do love their salsa too. The best in EA. Just be prepared to sit and wait ..... And wait. That's my only suggestion.

Great service and tasty food. We had chili relenos and chimichangas and both were good. Two types of salsa came with the chips which were fresh and nice.

Since re-opening, Chalo's is the bomb! I love the new menu and they'll still make my old favorites if I ask. Two types of green chili (one spicy and one one mild); Both are great! Great food, great prices!

A nice variety of menu items for a Mexican Restaurant. The all-you-can eat ribs on Thursday nights are tasty. Some great meat (carne, machaca, etc) items not served at other local restaurants. The service is poor, waitresses are slow and borderline rude at times. Only go if you are willing to sacrifice service for the food.

Worst mexican food in town. Go across the street to el charro. Casa will always either give you diarrhea our make you throw up from food poisoning. Casa manana is also way better. In price taste and quality, challos is the worst.
