There was nothing but the constant odor of cannabis and tobacco smoke while I lived at this complex. I made numerous complaints to the management and they did absolutely nothing to remedy the problem even though the lease agreement clearly states that both smoking tobacco and cannabis are prohibited anywhere on the property.Another issue here is dog waste. Keep an eye out if you choose to walk in any of the grassy areas

CentrePoint ReviewLike the Yelp reviewer before me, I moved to CentrePoint Apartments sight-unseen one year ago. (I wanted to wait a whole year to write a review so that I could get a comprehensive experience). I was moving from California, and circumstances were such that I didn't have a lot of time to traipse around different cities to look for a place. I decided on Tucson based on a friend's recommendation, and I spent hours researching online every site I could find with reviews on various apartments. CentrePoint was my first of three choices, and I have not been disappointed.I called Destiny Felix and, my list of questions ready, she answered them all. She was very friendly and offered to send further floorplans and photos. She was not pushy in a sales way; instead, she listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions. Based on my research and experience with Destiny, I decided to take the plunge. I never even called the other two properties on my shortlist.CentrePoint is a very handsome property. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. The pools are clean and delightful. CentrePoint makes a commitment to foster a community here, holding barbecues, holiday celebrations, monthly newsletters, and the like so that people get to know one another. And the people here are friendly. I get a feeling that prospective tenants are well-vetted. I like the fact that they are diverse: families, singletons, old, and young. I hear very, very little of my neighbors' noise.The apartments themselves are well laid-out for today's style of living and are very clean. If you have a maintenance problem, a work order is drawn up and the problem is resolved the same day, if not a day or two later. Outdoor pest control is conducted weekly, which is important. Extra perks are the gym, the convenient location, and the Amazon Hub (so you don't have to be home to receive a package).Among my accolades, I think the most impressive to me is the staff in the property office. Destiny Felix, Nicole Grijalva, and Cinthia Gutierrez all have different job assignments, but you can walk into their office and you will never hear "It's not my job." They all pitch in to cheerfully answer a question or resolve an issue. My year is up and I signed up for another. Frankly, I was surprised at how nominal the raise in rent was. Consider me a happy tenant!

I don't personally live here but I have been on the hunt for a new love to live. My boyfriend and I scheduled an appoint for today for a tour of the 3 bedroom. I got 2 confirmation emails. We showed up for our appointment and waited 10 minutes in the heat. When Destiney finally came to the door she wanted to know what we needed. I told her we were there for an appointment and she had no idea what I was talking about and told us the emails were automatic responses. She offered to show us a video of the place we wanted to tour but If this is how perspective renters are treated I can't imagine how it would be to rent. From what we could see it's a pretty complex, but management means a lot.

I deliver food items to customers. One customer today happened to be a tenant at this place. There were issues in communication with my customer and the customer asked me to just please go ahead and deliver their item to the main leasing office and they would be there as soon as they could. I was NOT anticipating, when you walk in to the office and then off to the immediate right, a middle aged lady with leathery skin, dark roots and vaguely blonde hair telling me they aren't allowed to hold any deliveries for their tenants. I have a job to do. I'm to follow the instructions of my customer, THEIR tenant for crying out loud. She called me rude and nasty. ?!?! Why? I wasn't yelling at her I was trying to get in touch with the customer/CentrePoint's tenant, let them know I'd arrived at the leasing office and to pick up their items they'd ordered from my delivery company. This battle ax then accused me of lying to her and said she was going to refuse the order of their tenant. LISTEN UP CENTREPOINT APARTMENTS STAFF. You wouldn't have a paycheck if it wasn't for your tenants. I was doing my job in following the instructions of my customer I was making a delivery for. I even proceeded to tell this idiotic and unprofessional woman what had happened and she once again called me a liar. Is THAT the type of attitude tenants of CENTREPOINT receive from your leasing staff, the very people who are supposed to ASSIST their TENANTS? That's rich. Skip this place for your hard earned cash. They don't deserve it. BTW here is the PROOF of what happened. You can see the woman in the "3 of 4" photo.

CentrePoints is so beautiful & calm. Cinthia & Sharon have been such a big help with everything I've needed to make my home comfy & maintenance is so much more responsive than previous complexes I've lived at. There have been minor issues, but the office coordinators & maintenance are very on top of making sure things get taken care of.

I really don't like this place. Security here is very poor and my shoes were stolen from my doorstep within the first week of my stay.

Update: lived here almost 2 months now and I definitely regret moving here. I pay way over market rate, it's not a clean community, the units are nowhere near as nice as the model you come to see, units are not at all well kept, and there is always garbage everywhere. The appliances are not at all eco friendly or even newish so TEP bill is outrageous. Just don't move here you can spend your money on a better place to live. If you do decided to live here despite my review make sure you see your unit before you sign the lease.

Been extremely disappointed this past year at Centrepoint. Too many issues when it comes to maintenance requests, there's no communication with the ladies in the front office. All first floor units tend to have rats and every neighbor I've talked to has roaches. It's apparently been an ongoing issue. Car break ins happen often. There is no security patrolling after hours. The raised prices are not worth what you get here. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Don't move here it's not safe thieves are always coming here to steal , the security comes once a month and it's not gated and it's a very expensive apartment complex.

Great Management team! Spacious, clean apartments! Fantastic amenities!
