Catalina In Home Services

Great place to work in Tucson if you're looking to be a caregiver. I enjoyed working there, just organized and you have a nurse on call 24/7 for questions or help with your patient. I have worked for other companies in Tucson as a caregiver and nothing compares to the Catalina. The staff is very helpful as well as the HR department. I would still be working there if I didn't get called nursing school! I highly recommend Catalina in home services!

Catalina In-Home Services was incredible. We used them for months proving services for my mother. The caregivers were attentive, knowable, and kind and almost no turn over. The office staff was exceptional with attention to our needs and helping referring us other resources in the comunity. We would give 10 stars if we could. This is the only home care company we would recommend.

I think if you need help with an aging family member this company may work, if you have a family member who is mentally handicapped they cannot help you! I have recently taken over caring for my brother who suffered a severe brain injury, and all I can say is that it was nightmare. They send out people on a temporary basis which is not good in my situation. I told them to stop sending temps to my home because my brother does not do good with change and with soooo many people coming in. They said they were going to hire someone specifically for my brother, it took about 8 weeks for them to send someone out meanwhile, I am exhausted! They send the woman out and the first day I thought she's great! Over a couple of days she's falling asleep and absolutely, could not wait to put him to bed, she determined he was tired, that's my families job, not hers. I could go on and on.Finally, I was told they would no longer help me. I absolutely could not believe it, I am continuing to struggle finding help. I would not recommend this company.

The Catalina Team has been wonderful. They are responsive and helpful. The two caregivers we have had are wonderful...professional, respectful and caring.

Mom had a steady caregiver for that whole time and when that caregiver couldn't be there, Catalina was fantastic at making arrangements for a substitute.
