It was my first time at this company. I will never go again. I spent over 600.00 and when the lenses in glasses didn't feel right and fit right, they continually made excuses. Never again nor would I recommend this place

Wow just walked in to get a chain. The woman who is in billing feathered brownish reddish hair is so rude I am literally shocked. I asked her where the chains were and she seem very angry at me for asking. She said right in front of you. I just walked out. I've had an eye exam here and that purchase glasses which they had replaced twice. I didn't like the customer service when I got my glasses but decided to give him a break and not write a review. But I just came in to purchase some chains and I'm seriously shocked and how they treat people. Nobody is in there they have no business and you wonder why. Save yourself and don't even bother going to this place

Great service! I could not adjust to my first pair of progressive sunglasses. They graciously exchanged the first pair for another pair. They are the epitome of making sure the customer is satisfied.

I've always gotten good service here. When Dr Lord retired I was worried, but I find Dr Schwartz to be very, very good. And with their new retina scan which costs only a bit extra, they review anything and everything about what is happening in your eye - it's great value. This place works for me!

Have been going here for years. Never liked going because of the treatment I'd get from the front desk lady, Wendy. Last time I went in for contacts she ordered the wrong prescription. When I went to tell her she rudely said I was wrong and that I'd have to wait and talk to the doctor. She didn't look at my previous appointment to see that my prescription had changed. The doctor apologized and said, "Wendy failed" when I went to talk to him. When I signed the paper she said, "you're done. You can leave now." She has been very rude every time I visit and that was the last straw. Will not be returning and have informed my entire family not to return.

My wife and I have been going to this practice for almost five years and have spent thousands of dollars there on frames and lenses. It is very sad to see how the quality of service has gone down lately. The office seems to be always understaffed, resulting in annoying waiting times. A constant flow of new employees means that no one gets to know your needs and preferences. The clerical staff seems to be much more obsessed with enforcing their Covid rules rather than making customers feel valued and welcome. When I tried to enter the office today a worker (Wendy) barked at me in a very rude tone of voice "Sir you can't come in here without a mask!." And then she ordered me to "sit down as there are other people ahead of you." When I decided to look around at their display frames, rather than sit down as ordered, she warned me that "anything I touch has to be sterilized"--again in the same rude tone of voice. While this was going on the so-called manager (Tim) never said a word. We will never darken their door again and we recommend that anyone looking to feel like a valued customer selecting glasses find another firm to deal with.

I've been coming here since I was a kid and I've been treated poorly before but have brushed it off since I've always been impressed by the professionalism of Dr. Lord. Today was the final straw. All I was trying to do was call in a refill for my contacts per usual and was treated like I was this massive inconvenience. The billing receptionist Brenda did not want to work with me at all when I told her I didn't want to pay over the phone since I now have new insurance I'd like to apply and this prompted me to want to go elsewhere to have my contacts filled. She didn't give me any options or even try to help me and kept trying to get me off the phone. She was so rude and I hope she fixes her attitude, but I am now no longer going to come into Casas Adobes Optical. Thanks for all the years of service.

I just got new glasses that were bothering me. I stopped by Casas Adobes Optical and they took the time to totally change the way my glasses were fitted. They don't hurt now at all. And the only charge was a handshake and a smile. What great, friendly service.
