I ordered an arrangement for a family occasion based on the reviews on this site. The online ordering process was seamless. I even received an email confirming delivery. My family was thrilled with the flowers. They sent me a picture (I'm 2,000 mikes away). The arrangement was EXACTLY as pictured on their site. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend this florist with out reservation.

5 stars for exceptional service...long story but the service was wonderful. I ordered an orchid lei. I'm Hawaiian and leis are necessary for events and not so easy to find in Tucson. The lei was $100. After, I found leis at Costco on the southside for $20. In comparing the many I bought, the only difference was a tiny ribbon for the $100 lei. All were identical in length and fullness. Although still beautiful, I was hoping for thick numbers orchids and longer for the price. In the end, I paid for convenience and service (which is sometimes worth it). If I had to rate the lei, I'd give 3. Overall, I'd definitely return, but for other items. The shop was so lovely.

I've been using Casas Adobes Flower Shop to send flowers to my beautiful mom in Arizona while I'm in California for the last few years .. I ended up losing my mom and still feel the need to send her flowers at her grave site and Casas goes above and beyond for me to make sure my mom has the prettiest arrangements since I can't be there they even send me pics of them before they deliver .. Thank you Shasta and the Casas team for keeping me connected over there in Arizona I appreciate you

Very poor quality and very high price. Please be careful here. $127 for a dozen roses. Dropped before the end of the first day. What a joke and pathetic waste of time. The good news is I asked for my money back and they did give it back -- good on them but what a disappointment and waste of time. And embarrassment for sure.

Have used this company twice and am very pleased on their service and product. The first time a few years back I had to make a late day purchase for delivery next day. The gal who took my phone order (think she was the owner) was very pleasant and chatty then completely met my need for delivery. The arrangements are stellar and upon using them again a week ago I see that all things can be done by their website. I'm happy to use a local company who knows the area well and strives to do more than an average florist. Will use them again and again and hope they continue to flourish!

Ordering from the east coast, I was unsure about the choice of florists, but my niece was very pleased with the arrangement that was delivered---the flowers are beautiful. A small miscommunication about the order was corrected courteously and professionally. Greatly appreciate the product and the customer service--- five stars!

Today was the first time in 49 years I haven't been able to walk into a florist in America and get a dozen red roses in a box on Valentines Day without special appointments and advanced notifications I don't know if it is globalization, efficiencies, or something else, but the American customer is getting the short end of the stick. This is a great florist, and when they get their priorities straight, I'll buy more from them.

All tho I don't know the personal personality, the service they provided on line was excellent and easy to navigate. Delivery was on time and the product was awesome. Thank you for the great service and I would definitely use Casas agai

This arrangement was a gift for my mother, who was too embarrassed to tell me within 36 hours that the arrangement was substandard. but I found out when I visited her a week after it was deliveredI paid $150 for a tiny tropical arrangement that did not even last a week. Sent an email to customer service who apologized and offered me a 50% off coupon - so, 50% off something awful is still something awful. Why would I do that?
