I've been to many doctors around the world: Dr. Brian S. Donovan, M.D., is among the best. He's so compassionate and wise you'll think he's a concierge doctor coming to your home. If you want relief from the corporate, faceless number machines around Tucson, Casalim and Dr. Donovan are you answer. I made the change and couldn't be healthier and happier.

Yeah, run. Both my husband and I went to Donovan for a very short period of time after our previous doctor retired. We found him completely non-personable, rote, and arrogant. He doesn't make eye contact, acted inconvenienced by minor questions, and generally irritated by everything. Neither my husband or I had any chronic issues. My husband saw him once before seeking another physician. I lasted a little longer before deciding he wasn't going to improve his demeanor. We weren't the only ones who left his practice when he was with ACP on Fifth St. Soon after he left/was asked to leave.

I have been a patient of Dr Donovan for years and he has personally called to aggressively complain about receiving records from another physician, and requesting an Rx sent to a different pharmacy saying he is not a "concierge physician ". Those records needed to be followed up on but he dismissed both them and me. He is arrogant, does not listen and is disrespectful. Clearly he wishes to treat only skinned knees and sore throats. If you need medical care and wish to be treated professionally and respectfully, find another physician.

DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. He is unkind and unprofessional. I needed FMLA paperwork completed and it was too much to ask for him to complete three pages. He caused a substantial delay in my short term disability payment. I immediately found a new primary care physician that is caring and sympathizes with my situation. I would never recommend any one go to Dr Donovan.

Dr Donovan is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen! He is extremely knowledgeable and very kind taking time to listen to me and my concerns as well as answer any and all questions I had written down which required much patience on his part as the list was long and detailed. When my blood tests came in he went over everything and explained what it was for and what the results meant. He is a wonderful doctor and cares about his patients more than any of the other doctors I've seen in the past year! His assistant is very pleasant and does a wonderful job as well. I can't say enough about this practice! Phenomenal to find such a gem now days! Super lucky to have found such a great doctor with old fashioned values of putting the patient first.
