We hired them for our outdoor garden wedding, and everyone was happy. The food was great, and Mark and the staff were lovely and communicative. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry in the past, I recognize and salute their care, professionalism, and pride in what they do. It was refreshing, and very helpful for a large event. It was easy to work with Mark to come up with a menu, and they were super accommodating with special requests, like vegetarian meals and even another special meal for someone with a severe chicken allergy. They even worked with me on the caterer timeline to help us save money and be efficient. I highly recommend them!

These people are amazing. When they say full service catering, they mean it. From set up, service, and clean up it all went smoothly and professionally allowing us to enjoy the party. And the best part of all, the food was amazing. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again.

After thoroughly researching catering to host my military retirement ceremony, I am thrilled I made the right decision and hired Carte Blanche. The menu options allowed for both sweet and savory choices for my guests and the presentation was beautifully done. The cake far exceeded my expectations and was both gorgeous and delicious. The prickly pear lemonade was a special Arizona treat for my guests from out of town. Jose was punctual, polite and just a gem to work with. Carte Blanche Catering provided food and meal service for my son's wedding reception in Amado. Everything about the event exceeded our expectations. Mark and Chana provided excellent suggestions and were very easy to work with. The staff was professional and barely noticeable as they went about their work. They made providing a full meal with three entrees, several side dishes, bread, a wedding cake, two other cakes, and a variety of other treats all while outside and 60 miles from Tucson seem like a regular day's work. Sampled the mixed berry buttermilk cake during one of the bridal fairs and instantly fell in love with its divine flavor. Scheduled a cake tasting for our wedding and my husband too was an instant fan, and he does not do sweets. Our wedding cake was a hit on our big day! The plan was to have our guests enjoy it all. We didn't save any of it because there was nothing left to save. Everyone loved it and if they didn't, I went around and ate their slice too because it just was that delicious. We added a lemon jam to one tier and a raspberry to another and left the original flavor to the top. I absolutely love the fact that I can stop in Cafe a la C'Art and have a slice of my wedding cake at any time.

We used Carte Blanche Catering for our Hoilday parties, 5 different events, and I would highly recommend them for any event. When planning our menu options they really worked with us on our needs. They accommodated some late changes and updates. The food was absolutely delicious. Their servers, chef, and event planner Chana was spot on in everything they did. The staff really took pride in their work, and it showed. If your looking for a catering company..look no more, this is it!!

Wow! We are SO happy we chose Carte Blanche to cater our intimate desert wedding. We reached out to several catering companies and private chefs in Tucson, Carte Blanche not only was the most responsive, but they came up with the most unique menu for us! We wanted the food for our wedding to be a focal point and they made it happen. They were also super accommodating to gluten allergies and preferences. I wish I took pictures of each course but we were too busy enjoying every bite! Highly recommend.

I have a catering company in California but needed to hire a caterer in Tucson for a family reunion. I had such a fabulous experience with Carte Blanche. They were very easy to work with, extremely flexible and responded to every email promptly. They showed up early for setup and brought everything they needed, including buffet decor and signs to identify the items in the chafers. The pricing was great and my family was thrilled with the food - all compliments. The server, Karen, was on top of it, adhering to my time line so I could sit and enjoy dinner with the family. Carte Blanche was so great, that my family unanimously voted to use them for next year's family get-together. Cafe a la carte is my favorite restaurant so I was thrilled to learn that carte blanche was available to cater my wedding. Mark was absolutely exceptional. He blew my parents and husband away with the first tasting. The quality of food, attention to detail, and overall experience was one we will never forget.
