Dr Ho does not listen or try to understand. In my opinion, he jumps to conclusions, is unkind and judgmental. He was not familiar with the medication I was taking. He waffled back and forth about the treatment plan. Finally he just ordered labs and sent me away. I felt worse when I left than when I went in. They have no problem taking your money though...

The worst care ever - pcp never did cancer plan for m'y treatment, even thru à month ago. Am in sévère spinal pain and doc ran out of office To see Her practice manager so i got no treatment again. Need à walker, she Said she ordered -can barely walk, no Walker. Need referral To m'y neuro - never received that either.

I started bringing my newborn daughter here and moved my two other kids over here as well. Dr. Longoria is amazing and is so attentive to the care and needs for our kids. The front office staff is always super friendly and is always willing to work with us for appointments and scheduling. I have tried out numerous doctors trying to get a good one for our kids and I have finally found one that I will be sticking with. If you are looking please give them a try.

My first visit with Tricia R Alvarez was great! When I arrived thirty minutes before my appointment as requested, I walked into a spacious waiting area with enough seating that I could sit away from anyone sick. They called me in within fifteen minutes, took my vitals and asked questions. Tricia arrived shortly thereafter. She was very nice and gave me an explanation for a problem I had been having for 35 years that no other Doctor had ever offered. It wasn't an overly busy clinic setting which I liked. I would recommend Tricia and this group to a friend.

Dr. Hindenlang is the best! I have been a patient for over 17 years. she is always honest and easy to get an appointment with. She is no nonsense which I appreciate.

The staff at this location are beyond incompetent. They cannot read a simple message through their portal and get it right. They've made so many mistakes when simple routine instructions are spelled out simply, they either don't speak English, can't read, or are mentally disabled. They can't get any part of the prescriptions accurate, such as doses, insurance, or pharmacies. I've tried 8 times to get the right prescriptions sent to the right places, and they still can't get it right. They're standard answer: "It wasn't me." The medical assistants are not any better, and the doctors don't care. Find another location. Anywhere is better than here. Too bad if there's any good doctors here. The staff are incapable of managing anything once you leave the office.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I have been going there for many years, but in the past year or so this clinic has really deteriorated. The front office staff are okay, not always friendly but efficient. The medical assistants are nice and competent. DO NOT under any circumstances see Amy Matchett, DNP. She looks and types into her computer instead of listening to your concerns and it's her way or the highway. She's a sorry excuse of a medical provider.

The entire staff is no help! I would never recommend this place to anybody!! They mailed me my blood work and never called me to inform me after having abnormal results and still have to wait a month for them to go over them with me! !! I wouldn't even give this place a ONE star!!!!!!

Dr. Ho Was very unprofessional and blind sided me with additional fees for a doctor visit I did not need. I took time out of my day and i live near Vail, to make this visit which he insisted since hes a newly acquired physician after my primary prior left practice. He asked me about current things on my health panel and additional concerns before concluding my visit. I then soon after was billed significantly because I answered those questions to which he never informed there will be incurring fees. This guy is very unprofessional and the billing department head, Maribel, is just about as useless as well. Only informing me that I answered his questions so I therefore lose my dispute on the billing of this visit I did not need. The Carondolet facility on River and Stone does not seem to be at all the same thorough fair place to accept care like it used to be only looking to seize your money. I'd advise to stay away from Dr. Ho and the Carondolet on River and Stone altogether. I'd give 0s if it were possible here.
