Bought my food about 2 pm. Coffee was luke warm as was the double cheeseburger and they charged me for the courtesy water which is illegal in Tucson. Avoid this place. Very sketchy.

Not too bad of a location. Its roomy inside, always a plus I do agree with other reviewers that this spot doesn't greet you when you come in.And when we walked up to the counter the young man there went to the back and left us waiting. We made our order when he came back to the register. No small talk, no eye contact, not alot of interaction but the order was correct when he finally read it back. (shrugs)There weren't alot of people inside or at the drive thru in the early afternoon for lunchtime and we waited for quite sometime for our burgers.When our order came, the cashier actually had a short conversation with us and hoped we enjoy our meal.I like the Impossible burgers they serve at Carl's because it's really one of the few places my guy and I can actually have the same kind of meal.The food wasn't super hot but both our burgers were still warm and mine was the mayo/ketchup messy I've always loved.I think we might stop back at this location on Grant again.

My fiancée and I were not greeted when we entered the restaurant. A female worker was standing by the drink station and speaking very loudly towards the guy behind the counter in Spanish.The guy that took our order was pretty nice until we corrected him and asked for two biscuit and gravy combos instead of one. I'd like you to keep in mind that the worker standing by the drink station continued speaking while our order was being taken and I'm sure it was hard for the kid to focus on our order in English and his coworker's rant in Spanish. He threw the receipt down on the counter and walked away.My fiancée and I turned around and got our drinks and when my fiancée went to get lids for our cups, the female worker refused to acknowledge our existence. She continued to rant in Spanish and refused to move. My fiancée had to reach her arm behind the lady carefully and take two lids for both our cups.The food was okay. It was hot and tasted good. I'm just disappointed in the customer service and how we were treated.I'd like to add that the whole time I was eating my food, a different female worker stared me down, and I almost felt intimidated. I moved away from the edge of the seat to try and block her view but I ended up sitting pressed up against the wall to avoid her gaze.I hate to make it about this, but I suspect it may be something having to do with race and the fact that my fiancée and I are both, in fact, female... That may not be the case, but I thought I'd just throw that out there, as we hadn't done anything else for them to be so rude.The tables are all filthy, even though there's one other person in the restaurant. I find that pretty sad as they're all standing in the back, talking in Spanish.Doesn't seem like anyone is fluent in English here... Nothing wrong with that, of course! Just figured I'd mention it.Not impressed. I'll probably come back here again but only because it's close to my apartment and the food wasn't horrible.

Interesting...I informed the cashier that they were out of unsweetened tea (mind you, this was at 6pm) and was told that they would not be making any until tomorrow morning. Really?!?! How do you not make more tea, especially when you are open for at least another four hours! Definitely crossed this Carl's Jr off my list!

This location is by my house. I love a good fast food guilty pleasure meal and have enjoyed Carl's Jr in the past. This location never gets my order right. Last time I drove through, they argued with me about my son's drink. We ordered raspberry lemonade and they gave us tea. They insisted it was lemonade. Then, the Sprite they gave me was out of syrup. I handed them back (as we were waiting 15 minutes for our food order). No apology and no motion to make it right. I have given this place too many chances.

I only stop by this location when I have no other option cause its close to my work. They ALWAYS take way longer than what is necessary to get the food out to their customers. My order has been messed up multiple times, and when you do take something back they are not happy about it. The one thing that does get to me the most is when you are there, they really do seem way more concerned with what they are talking about than getting your food out to you. The fact that this place is not busy EVER, should be a good clue that it is not a good place to go to. Like I said, I only stop by when it is a last resort.

I give this place 2 stars because I've never had issues with the food itself, but tell me why every time I ask for RANCH, you guys give me house dressing instead???? I didn't ask for house dressing, I asked for RANCH! And before you say it's the same thing, let me tell you, it is absolutely not the same!!!! If you guys are out of ranch just say that instead of me giving me some nasty house dressing!!!!!
