I go to this one a lot and have had nothing but a great experience. Everyone who works there is so friendly and inviting. I go there so much to the point they know who I am. There is a cashier named Ruth Rosas who has given us amazing service. Are food is always fresh. I think this one is very underrated and deserves more than what it gets.

Nah I'm sorry I haven't had this place in a long time, and I decided to just check it out again and I wish I never did... bro and it's nasty the fries are like Play-Doh when I ask for a large they gave me a medium and it was cold.. not fresh at all! The burger was like very disgusting and chewy. No taste to it all. I can say it again, It's like Play-Doh. Yes the people are nice it seems, but not the food here.. I wouldn't even give my dog this crap.. ew I didn't even finish the food.. and now I can't get this crappy taste out of my mouth! Just no don't ever go to Carl's Jr ... if I could give this a lower star I would but I can't so it gets a one star

Don't usually like to get on these things and bash people... and I'm not really going to now. it was probably an isolated incident, but a bad experience nonetheless. this is my go to spot for late night after band practice. I usually just get a lettuce wrap which is a burger with no bun wrapped in lettuce never had an issue but this past Wednesday night I hit the drive-through at this location, services good, and it took a little get the food. this was no big deal because it was late and I figured they were preparing it fresh. I got home and sat down to eat when I opened up the wrapper. I took the first bite at first I didn't really notice because the lettuce is cold, but as I ate, the second bite, I realized, the hamburger patty was ice cold and I'm not saying ice cold to stretch it. This thing was cold. I took it and nuked it for a second and then proceeded to eat the rest of it because I hadn't eaten all day. I was hungry the next day did not go so well, as I mentioned this place usually doesn't have an issue, but this was inexcusable. I'm still kind of feeling yucky from it.

I know this will seem sad but this is one of the first places I stop when I get towards the Southwest. Why are there no Carl's Jr.'s on the East Coast. We have their sister Hardee's, and they are nothing alike. There's nothing quite like their chicken sandwiches or delicious burritos and who can pass up the fried zucchini with a side of buffalo sauce. This is truly my fast food indulgence in the west. Are they a bit slow, sure... but worth the wait.

i went in for a quick meal found the people was vaping and no one told them to stop the service was great but they do need to control what goes on in there establishment .the hamburger was cold and so was the fries will not go back for sure

I was excited to get the onion rings out of everything I ordered and when they came they didn't even look like onion rings and they were cold unfortunately. the taste was below average ... luckily I ordered both chicken stars and the cheeseburger because I wasn't quite sure which would've tasted better and to me the chicken was definitely better than the burger. I probably wouldn't get a burger from here again. The hot honey sauce though is fire tho

Drive through was relatively quick. Employee had rubber gloves and took my card. At this point I had to ask myself how many other credit cards had she touched with those rubber gloves? Don't have an answer on how to sanitize after each card, but with the same gloves she packed my napkins and silverware in the bag. Both the burger and the fries were OK. The burger was not over salty like some fast food burgers. Food presentation was certainly better than the big 2 fast food restaurants.

I used to be a big fan of Carl's Jr. but they really gone down hill. I ordered the big Carl and I know these are charbroiled burgers but my patties were burnt, black. Not appetizing at all. Extremely disappointing..
