20 stars for Carbon. Front office lady was so kind and helpful. I went in with muscle spasms. I first went to nextcare on 22nd. The MA was rude, hateful, clearly should not work with people. I walked out and went to Carbon Health. So different. These people from the front desk to the Medical asst and physician were so helpful. They CARE. They want to help you. Hardly any wait time. Multiple injections in my back for spasms. This is the care you expect. This is the place you want to go. They are human beings with heart and soul at Carbon. They don't yell at you. They don't treat you like a dog. Shout out the the Doc and ALL staff that took amazing care of me on 11/20/23. I will return when necessary. Professional, caring, and resolve the issue. If you want the BEST of the BEST this is your Urgent Care!!

I went to the location at Oracle and Magee on October 7th, 2023. Paid my $60.00 copay and made a copy of my CC, Drives license, and health insurance card. After being called into the room, they took a medical history and tested me for Covid, and it was positive. Please keep in mind that the only time they touched me was to stick the Qtip up my nose.Here is the problem I have. Even after taking a copy of my insurance card, DL, and CC, they billed the wrong insurance company, and the claim was denied, so they billed my CC for almost $500.00.For a Covid test! It is now December 11th, and they have not refunded my money, nor have they billed the correct insurance company despite my 3 emails and 4 phone calls.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Dr. Ogg is an exceptional provider! I had my doubts with an urgency care clinic, but he truly listened to my concerns and provided me quality care.

My dad had been having balance and cognitive issues related to cancer treatment. As a result he had fallen and required urgent care twice. We went to Carbon Health Urgent Care and both times we were seen by the same provider. Both times we felt like we were treated like he would treat his own family. This was reinforced by the front desk staff who did everything possible to support us and make our visit easy. Thanks for the great care and support.

I have been to this location two times this summer due to complications with my allergies! I highly recommend them.

I go in for a elbow pain. I wake up the next morning and my throat is completely swollen. You guys need to wipe everything down with bleach and I know I got this virus from your office. I'm very disappointed in your service. I have not been sick for three years I have severe lung issues And my throat is so swollen. I can't even hardly talk. Not a happy patient.
