Ok, it wasn't terrible. Walked in at noonish, only one lady working both till and food. So, it was a bit slow. Everything was clean and she was nice. Now, the sandwich. I didn't realize this was a chain, stopped in because I'm trying things I haven't eaten. While it wasn't terrible... I can't say I'd eat it again. The chipolte sauce didn't have much flavor and I couldn't tell hat was off. Like, was the cheese too thick or was it mayo? I don't know but overall it was pretty tasteless.

So we went a couple times when it first opened excellent I always got the same thing for French dip. We just picked it up on Super Bowl Sunday and there was no freaking meat. I'm like huh so it's a bread dip and not worth it. I guess it opens. They try to impress you and then it goes downhill. Very disappointing. I just emailed and it says email non existent

Been meaning to check this place out...if you get in the far right turn lane on Broadway and Kino parkway, its an easy right to Capriotti's right after the light.Ambiance/Cleanliness-Clean, very clean...ambiance is average...Branding is conspicuous, but forgettable. 3 starsService-I mean, didn't have to make the sandwich myself, but service was pretty lame...extremely inattentive and barely welcoming...2 starsFood-Medium size and a drink about $20.00 with a tip. CaPastrami, swiss, coleslaw, 1,000 Island dressing, decent bread...probably the best tasting fast food sandwich I ever ate...smallish for the cost....4 stars.

How does this place not have better reviews!!!! If you're vegan or vegetarian like I am THIS is the best sandwich place! The turkey vegetarian is the absolute best, I take it with no mayo add my own mayo and add jalapeños when it arrives. I order from them daily, they are consistent and quality! The impossible cheesesteak is also good but not as satisfying as the turkey sandwich. Love this place!!!!

Finally got a chance to stop in and give it a try. I had no idea what to order so I went in to the counter to place my order. They must do a lot of online orders and takeout because there were only about 5 people in the shop and all looked like they were waiting for an order to go, but the employees were working nonstop making sandwiches. Despite being very busy the guy working the counter was very friendly and helpful with the questions I had. I ordered a medium Bobbie and a medium American Wagu Roast beef. I have to say for the price it's a BIG sandwich. The same priced sub at Eegee's doesn't even come close. Thanksgiving sandwiches are my favorite so I really enjoyed my Bobbie and I easily made 2 very filling meals out of it. I didn't try the Roastbeef but was also told it was very good, so good that the person who ate it said he would drive across town for it again.

This was my first time in this restaurant. The customer service was on point. Friendly, polite staff. The place was clean. The sandwich was really good. I got the Capastrami with a side of chips and drink. I asked for the side of sweet and hot peppers. Those were good as well! Prices are not bad. $16.00 for all that!

Saw the menu wanted to try. Today, after a friend beat me to it, I could no longer procrastinate. Had The Bobbie, it did not disappoint, a wonderful creation that transported me to that time of year, giving thanks for family and friends. The sandwich was a bountiful feast.

The kid behind the counter, no clue. There were six people with us every time we would order he would repeat the first person's order back to us. I finally had to tell him stop. I have no clue what everyone ordered. we ordered several sandwiches. The French dip was good, but we had to ask for the au jus. The coleslaw was dry and basically had no flavor. The Italian sausage sandwich was really a letdown. The kids grilled cheese look like it had been in the wrapper for hours. The sandwich with the turkey and cranberry, can't remember the name, it looked good, but it was dry. We ordered a couple kids meals and apparently they were out of juice boxes so they gave us water cups. Not a good idea. Probably won't be back.

I had the Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sandwich. It would have been better had they toasted the bread. Otherwise it was delicious. I also ordered (door dash) the tomato bisque soup. The container was only half filled so I only got a few bites for 5.49. It too was delicious but should have been a filled container. It was a small container and for that price should have been filled up the top. Next time I order I'll tell them this happened so they can fix it. I'll definitely be ordering again from this shop. It was 13.00 for an 8 inch sandwich.
