An outstanding park in Oro Valley. This park can be accessed from the Loop which adds a bonus. The restrooms are relatively clean. The playground, courts and green grass is well maintained and free of vandalism.Regularly patrolled by OVPD for added safety.

Tucson has lots of nice little parks along its bike trails. This is a safe one for families with lots of amenities. Good parking, and lots of things for families to do. They have two playgrounds, one for younger kids and one for older kids. It has a trail that goes along a wash so you can see some birds and have some good views of the mountains. As always, in Arizona, you have to be aware of your surroundings. I imagine when it gets warmer. I'll be more snakes..... If you stay in the park proper, there's not as much risk for kids wandering around.....The restrooms were clean, and there were some nice picnic areas.

This is a great park that connects to a walking trail. There are basketball courts, pickleball courts, and baseball diamonds. Great little neighborhood spot!

ORo Calley has some great parks. River front Park is close enough too walk and his connected to our subdivision by the Town's multiuser trails. It's easy to access, also plenty of parking and amenities. The parks has playground equipment, Ramada's, soccer fields, volleyball pits, tennis and b-ball courts as well as some very nice ball fields with stands and refreshment areas. Gorgeous views of the mountains and easy access to the wash and trail/path system. Thanks OV for a great facility.

Nice park with lots to do. They have two sets of playground equipment with the smaller geared towards toddlers. The larger has a one twist and one straight slide. It also has monkey bars, a rock wall, and other "ladders" to the top. You'll find swings for all ages. There are two large soccer fields, a couple baseball fields, and basketball and tennis courts. Bring a dog and take them on the walking trails. Two pavilions are available for group events. If you end up staying longer than expected, you'll find bathrooms on site.

This is more of a review of Oro Valley, not just this park. OV Parks & Rec has only 1 lighted regulation size basketball court for a population of well over 40000 people. That's way, way... WAY under the average per capita community basketball courts for the U.S.! At the same time, OV owns at least 32 lighted tennis courts.Last night, I played basketball here and 30+ people were crowding the court. The wait to play was at least 4 games. I even saw more kids drive up to play but left once they saw how many people were already waiting. I wonder how many of OV's 32 tennis courts were empty at that time. I know the one next to us was empty.OV should add a 2nd basketball court here or convert the tennis court to one. If they did, I would give this park 5 Stars! As it is, I'm giving it 2 stars, mainly because I'm still annoyed by OV closing the park at 9pm instead of 10pm last winter, which further limited access to the one and only regulation size court in OV.

I love this park. Always people there having fun. My husband and I are avid workout people and the running path they have there also has stops for different exercises (pull ups, push ups etc..) I get pretty irritated with all the people that are there with their dogs. Most are off leash. I was trying to play soccer with my son but some lady was constantly throwing a ball for her dog right where we were playing! I even politely asked her to move and she said no. Kind of a bummer.Wish they would put in a dog park!

It's a beautiful and quiet pathway for biking, walking or running. Gorgeous views of Pusch Ridge mountains in Oro Valley. You can also see the Tortolita mountains from the trail. Lots of animals and critters out there to freely roam around thier habitats. A great sports/recreational place to enjoy & exercise at.

The park is clean and has plenty of space for picnics, sports and parties. I like to play sand volleyball or soccer with my family here... it's a great environment! My stepdaughter now has soccer practice here so just another reason to enjoy the park!
