This is one of my top 5 favorite bakers in all of Tucson. The fig and butter Cronut is absolutely incredible. The blueberry filled donut is everything a fruit pastry should be. The chai Kouign amann is perfectly balanced with sweet and warmth. And!!!! They are vegan- which means I can eat them with out downing a bottle of lactaid! Perfect! Cal is awesome a great human so it makes supporting his business and eating pastries all the better.

I've had the pleasure of trying pastries from both tucson coffee cricket and stacks! The strawberries champagne cronut and the ube oreo concha sooo yummy! I want more! Highly recommend

These pastries are so good and vegan, so my daughter and friends who have lactose issues can eat them without issues. I did a preorder and received a beautiful sample. They were so yummy that the box was empty before I could get my phone to take a picture.I don't eat vegan regularly but you don't miss anything with these, I will definitely order again.

I had been lucky enough in the past to buy some of Cal's pull-aparts and enjoyed them very much, so I've been interested in trying the doughnuts/conchas.I took a chance and special ordered the March bundle from him. My co-workers and I the best time trying each one. Everything was soft, tasty, and of course, sweet. Our favorites were the cronuts and the conchas. We liked the soft but flaky dough of the cronuts and how the flavors of their respective fruit (strawberry and lime), was just right - you could taste the butter in the pastry and the brightness of the fruit, all balanced out with the sugar/frosting. The chocolate on the conchas were rich and complemented the concha's crumble topping and spongy bread.All the others were good and the filling in each doughnut was a lot more plentiful than expected; we definitely didn't feel cheated and look forward to another treat day like this.

Cal's vegan conchas are to die for. Don't mistake these conchas for your ordinary grocery stores sweet bread. They were Manny Fresh back in the 90s, fresh boy! I also had the pleasure of meeting "Thee Cal," a cool dude. All over good vibes and good service. "The sweeter the concha's the sweeter the foo"T-Loc Approved™

Best Donuts in Tucson, possibly even Arizona. With new donuts being introduced every couple of weeks and new partners selling these hot cakes all over the city. Trying all of his offerings can only be compared to Pokémon GO.Cal's rotating donut menu is sure to have something for you! (YES, even us vegans)

This is a home shop - yelp directions take you to an empty lot. Food might be okay, if you like sand.Don't go!

I bought a cinnamon donut ($5) from Cal in the Tucson Museum of Art lobby. It was overstuffed and yummy.

No idea where this place is located. Not listed in Google Maps. Yelp took me to some small residential street. Sad. Went to a nearby bakery instead. Good luck finding this place.

Such a disappointment. I've been waiting months to try a cronut. Finally got my hands on one and it was just a grease soaked croissant. Not good at all, left a ring of grease on my desk.
