Cafe Roka

Had an absolutely phenomenal and unforgettable meal here for my birthday in Bisbee. Cafe Roka truly deserves all of its accolades. The restaurant itself is super pretty and there was live music the night we came. It has such an intimate vibe that's perfect for a special occasion. The food was soooo so good. Same with the drinks! I was super impressed. The lasagna was probably the best I have ever had in my life! The stuffed dates and breads & spreads were my other two favorites, but everything we had was amazing from the gnocchi to the short rib. Service was really great too. Make sure to make a reservation! If you're in Bisbee and you're a foodie, definitely make the trip to Cafe Roka.

A spectacular meal at Café Roca. Great servers, including Paul. Chef Rod is a magician. Subtle Beet salad ; A fluffy pillowy gnocchi with a chili cream sauce and mushrooms and brussels sprouts was so tasty and well integrated. Flourless chocolate torte was impeccable. Highly recommended.

This is a MUST try when visiting Bisbee! The restaurant appears very small from the exterior, but has 3 levels with plenty of seating. We were sat on the 3rd floor right by the windows, providing a great view of Main St below. There was live music, which was a perfect addition to the already tasteful dim lighting ambiance. Our server provided us recommendations, and was attentive but not over the top to where we could still enjoy our meal without frequent interruptions. My husband ordered the filet mignon (on special) which was paired with mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes. The filet was cooked to perfection, and the veggies were seasoned tastefully. I opted for the Italian sausage penne pasta and it was such an amazing combo of flavors-- and a healthy portion size for the price point! I was able to bring plenty of leftovers home for a meal the next day. This was such a gem of a spot to enjoy on our last evening in Bisbee and we will be back. Recommend making a reservation if visiting on a a Friday or Saturday evening!

I had pretty high expectations for this place based on the ratings, but I should have known that I was in a small town in Arizona so I should not expect James Beard quality food. The artichokes were braised and a bit mushy and I was more expecting grilled and crispy. The salad was good and the sorbet mid meal as a palette cleanser is a nice touch. The chicken was pretty good and was large enough to feed a family. The nut tart was definitely the best part of the meal. The service was good and the restaurant a nice comfortable place to enjoy a meal. If I had not had as high of expectations, I may have enjoyed the meal more.

Highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Bisbee and be sure to make reservations if you are there on a Friday or Saturday night. Friday night we sat at the bar for dinner, ordered the filet special medium rare and the seafood special. Both entrees were well prepared and well seasoned. Our bartender Iris was welcoming and made excellent espresso martinis. Bar seating was comfortable. Had dinner there the next night on Saturday and sat in the front dining room. Angela was a fantastic server and brought everything we needed! Thank you Cafe Roka and can't wait to go next time we are in town.

The food and service was amazing. I went with my coworkers for dinner and we tried the bread, had salad and a palate cleanser of lime sorbet. Then I tried the gnocchi and it was fantastic!!! The ambiance was cool and it had a cozy vibes the staff was wonderful and the owner Rod was pretty cool. Definitely worth a try!

Our experience just now was wonderful! We sat at the bar and Iris was so pleasant to be around! She was kind, caring, and made sure everything was great! I loved the pomegranate mocktail. Our beet salad was delicious and wow the short ribs were PERFECT!! So tasty and cooked to perfection. This is the fine dining of Bisbee and I highly recommend coming here :)

Truly, a gem of an eatery in Southern Arizona! One of my family's all time favorites! It's only open a few nights a week, be sure to call for reservations! You will not be disappointed!! Bisbee is such a fun, quirky ghost town, with some of the best food in the state of Arizona!!!

Had the Chilean sea bass special, which was fantastic. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for great dining experience.

We wanted to eat here during our brief stay in Bisbee. We should have made reservations but sadly did not. When my husband called to see if we might be able to get in the hostess or whoever answered the phone was really rude. That type of attitude probably is the norm of the establishment so in the future, I will probably not try to done here.
