Refreshingly unpretentious!Okay so this review is a half review, as my family members rudely ate everything before I could try it. The service here is excellent, warm, and friendly. Went in with defenses up as most "very French" places in the States are filled with pinkies-out types. The staff was wonderful and judging from how quickly said family members devoured the mini baguette and ham and Swiss croissant, I'd say the food was likely amazing too. My 8 year old, who usually loves chain fast food, proclaimed the pastry "way better than the Starbucks version". The best part - no one here is trying to correct your obviously-flawed pronunciation of the French names.

Many thanks to @oldpueblocuriosities (insta) for posting about the Sonoran Dog Croissants ($10)! It drew me in here for the first time, and Wow! The flakey layers of the buttery croissant are an amazing bed for the bacon wrapped dog and all its traditional toppings to be nestled into.Upon ordering, a dog is taken from the deli display case into the back, carefully heated and applied with toppings. I ordered one to go, so it was carefully packaged along with a perfectly roasted guero pepper and some green salsa on the side.Everything in the display cases looked wonderful, so I am going back again soon to try more creations soon.

This is a pleasant place with decent pastry. Not as French as they pretend, but enjoyable. Poor accessibility and uncomfortable patio tables, so for us it's takeout only.

Stopped in just before closing (12:45p Saturday) and were pleasantly surprised to see a decent selection of pastries - including the rare Kouign Amann - still available! However, $8 for a single filled croissant is steep but they are large and deeelicious.Tucked away behind/beneath the Tanque Verde bridge, easiest to reach via Pantano from Wrightstown. Plenty of parking in the strip mall's private lot.

Very charming small local bakery with amazing pastries! I have always had quick service.. it is a small lobby but with lots to see! Fresh bread.. beautiful pastries , and cold case items like eclairs and French macarons... little retail section with beautiful stickers and goodies!!! It's hard to narrow it down on pastries... definitely a treat yo self dessert destination! They are open Thursday through Sunday , and the pastry flavors change often .. Love the pastries from here, they are full of flavor and flaky. I ordered the lemon filled croissant called Bumblebee and it was so good. We also ordered the almond kouign and it was so good I need more of both. They have been at the farmers markets for years too, but the bakery is fun and has Monsoon Chocolate and other local items for sale.

Excellent bakery with fresh pastries, French macarons, bread, and coffee options! Tried a few different items, but the almond croissants are by far my favorite. Be sure to get there early as there is often a line out the door and they do sell out of some items early on in the day. They also offer a slight discount for cash payment over card.

This place is out of the way for my but well worth the drive. Their pastries remind me of the pastries I had in Paris. We ordered a mixture of pastries: a pistachio croissant, a baguette, and an almond croissant. We really enjoyed all of the pastries we got. I would say that it is a bit pricey, however. The location is very small. They have some indoor seating, but it is limited. They also have some tables outside but again it's limited I would recommend taking your pastries to go. When we arrived, there were about three people ahead of us so we waited in line maybe 5 to 10 minutes. The person servicing us was very friendly.

I haven't been here in months because this bakery is across town but I was desperate. This is the only place in Tucson that I've found that knows how to make croissants -- real croissants. There are bakeries in Tucson but most I've visited are incredibly bland or, worse, clueless. They rely on pre-mixed ingredients.A visit here is leagues above anywhere else. I just had their goat cheese and fig danish. The goat cheese was perfectly tart and it paired so well with the sweet fig.I could go on but I'm stopping this review to eat more from the haul I brought home.

A long drive from just about everywhere in Tucson, but worth it!I went looking for a good baguette and croissant and found both here. Very small shop and I'm going to guess they sell out of everything early. Got my baguette and a "almond croissant bear claw". Yes it was as good as that sounds. Sorry, forgot the picture.
