Called with a question about my HOA bill. First person I talked to transferred me to someone else and I got their voicemail. I left my name and phone number. Waited about 1hour and 20 minutes and called back since nobody had called me. Talked to someone live and gave them my phone number again for a return call since they couldn't answer my question. Called back again after it had been over 4 hours since I first called and no return call. All they did was to send me to another voicemail. Left my phone number again. Find it very frustrating that nobody could call me back in OVER 4 hours time. I certainly don't believe they are that busy. So here I sit waiting for them to return my call. No wonder they have several ONE star reviews. They certainly deserve every one of them.

Had to deal with them couple of times. It seems they believe one work for them instead of them for us/community. HOA price goes up but nothing new arround the community besides new homes which means more money for the HOA. I know inflation is up but never see AAA arround my neighborhood. What they pay this companies to service the community is in my opinion a scam. Good we have a new manager. Hopefully she does better but I don't expect anything better.

We have lived at Canoa Ranch Sierra for approximately 2 years. When we first moved in the lady that handled our community was very good and on top of things. Since her departure it is a mess. When you first drive into our community you will a home and front yard that could be mistaken for Jurassic Park. Weeds the height of my knees all over the front yard. Many complaints have been made but it has been at least 4 months and no action. There are also other residences in the community with the same issue. If you are thinking of buying a home here bring some Round Up. If you live here, it is going to be a long fall and winter.

Zero stars if possible. Our community just received notice that Cadden HAS CHOSEN whom we have to use for trash. Do you know what that means? Republic Trash will now have a MONOPOLY over our trash company and will extort us so we have to pay higher prices than what many of us currently pay through one of the other 5 choices we have for trash services. Thanks a lot Cadden. Way to screw over your residents.

Received a letter today in Cadden envelope with Madera Highlands Owners Association letterhead obviously written by Republic Services. The letter informed me that I was going to have to switch from my present trash collector to Republic. If I'm not mistaken, we are not yet in a socialist state where everyone is provided one choice with no real choice. The residents are not happy about these plans and find this situation unacceptable. I will not change trash collectors. I am not a sheep. I didn't serve 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps to be treated in this manner.
