Very nice RC Park, reasonable price. We felt safe had no fear of going out in the park after dark. If we are in the area again, we will stay here.

This has got to be the worst manager in the world. The only person I've ever met that never less you say a word talks over you talks at you and then gets irate with you when you don't like what she has to say, summer comes and we have no office. They shut it down barely 4 hours open. What kind of an office is this? This is a business. We have people that live here 24 seven year around not just winter people when the snowbirds come we had a real office with the last managers. They were open 8 to 5. 7 days a week. Imagine that a real office. You can't talk about anything with this person she needs to go the worst manager we've ever had in this park ever

Clean Park decent size spots, large pull through spots for pushers. Bathrooms are clean, pool is nice and refreshing. They have a game room with pool tables, and a laundromat.

I totally agree, very quite and away from the noise of the city. We extended our visit. Staff is very helpful and the grounds are well maintained. The laundry was clean and well organized. It's a little small on space but enough. I didn't need to take the trash out, they pick it up for you. The park is gated and away from the city and traffic on I 10. Now, about the view of the mountains, wow.And what could you say about the sky. Never mind the weather and sun.... Very close to National park and Tucson has a ton of things to do. There is a Walmart close by for provisions and one of the best views in Tucson can be had from the park.Our stay was very enjoyable and will definitely return when possible. Conveniently located, this park has all you need. It was a little higher than most parks but I think it was worth the price. Especially when all amenities work and are well kept. I would recommend this park for all who appreciate good service, friendly staff, and clean facilities.

I feel like I have to do this, write about our experience.......Cactus Country has been our winter retreat for many years, month at a time. I would not go as far as calling this park a "resort", but apparently it calls itself just that. We liked the easy access to miles and miles of bikeways , shopping is close by, the highway is close by and most and foremost we had the good fortune to meet very amazing people there. After we left last year I told my husband this visit was our last visit, we needed to change things up. The overall vibe there is not very good. I changed my mind just to see an old friend who lives there permanently. My husband called to make a reservation for one week but nobody answered. This was during normal business hours. We got a phone message back from the manager almost immediately, very short and sharp, we are "never welcome again" at this park. Last year we apparently committed the ultimate sin by cleaning our pickup truck bed out. It was very sandy and dusty from the desert environment. And I guess last year too my husband at one time called the manager "dear". He must have forgotten her name, but he was corrected in the same harsh manner. She told him that she was not "his dear", no jokes involved! In my mind she was from day one "the wicked witch of the west", this might actually be an insult to witches. Maybe bully is more appropriate, one of those people who make you change the side of the road your are on just to avoid a close encounter. I most definitely understand a previous comment ........worst customer experience.........I would give this park a rating of 3, but the manager a rating of minus 5!

It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I was connected to a woman I believe she said her name was Olin(not sure of the spelling). Her tone was abrupt, she was condescending and just rude. I couldn't get past her rudeness to try and ask the necessary questions I had. Although this place seemed like it would satisfy the need, I would not suggest anyone go there based on my interaction with this unprofessional woman. People work too hard for their money to be treated poorly. Professionalism and customer service go a long way.

Great views. Surrounded by desert and trails. The back row is the best for star gazing. Spaces are far apart.

Very friendly staff, just stopped by to use the dumping facilities and they were very accommodating.

The manager is very condescending, intrusive,rude,in your personal business constantly . It's very uncomfortable staying there can't relax and you can't live you life as being retired cause she is always making rude comments even while extending our stay and you can't even talk because she cuts you off and tries to talk down to you as well so it's not very comfortable staying there . The ammedities are dirty and the landscape is very horrible to look at and even though you keep your spot clean she doesn't care too much for the rest of the park . If you want to live at the police station it's definitely for you!

The people at this location are extremely rude and very condescending. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever encountered, and all this was over the phone. I can even imagine what it would be like to actually stay at this location. Highly recommend you find another place to stay, no telling how the management will treat you or your family members.
