Cactus Bowl

We were in town for soccer and I needed a venue for our large group. Cactus Bowl was so easy to book online and really kind and accommodating when we were there. Super cool staff (especially Rebecca and Mike).

Great spot. Had a lot of fun. No complaints. Bowling Alley is clean. Service is good. Bowled for an hour. Staff is friendly.

I love this place for it's more vintage-style bowling and the fact that it is less crowded than other alleys in town. I am a huge fan of the less-fancy computers and the focus on just bowling and having a good time. The pizza here is pretty tasty, and it's always nice to have an ice cold cheap beer and a good time with some friends. This is my favorite place to bowl in Tucson!

This place is terrible! They have a sign that says $5.65 or 5.35 a game and their website also says it, and then there is this $26 for a lane, one game up to 6 players plus show rental which is $3 and some change, yet the man there on Saturday night saw we only had 3 bowlers and charged us the $26 rate which ended up making our total $40 and some change. I didn't realize that until we left. When we walked in my husband walked in with a water bottle and he said we couldn't bring that in since no outside food and drink, as if we packed a whole meal and drinks to save money. His response when we said not even our water was "out conversations can help you with anything". When we added our names into the machine it gives us option to put what type of bowler it is and for our 8 year old we put bumpers yet it wouldn't work. When I ask the man about bumpers he says he has to pull them up and it has to stay up for all bowlers. Overpriced, and equipment that is outdated. Just didn't enjoy our time there. Won't be going back. If I could give it no stars which I wish was an option I would.

I got a Groupon to go bowling at this bowling alley. I've tried to use the Groupon three different times, and they always come up with reasons I can't use it. Don't waste your money. The customer service is horrible.

This business does not enforce the mask rule and the manager refused to compensate our leftover time saying it was a Groupon.

Rental balls and shoes were worn out and should have been replaced years ago. The neighborhood is unsafe but you can't fault the business, however the the staff is very friendly.

My family and I went on Sunday and had an amazing time. Since they had a great promotion going on, the employees were slammed with work, but continued to show exceptional service. They really created a welcoming ambience. We ordered cheese sticks and fries, and they were perfectly crispy. We can't wait to go back!

This place had amazing service good food and a great place for me to have my sons bday party there.

rude customer service. very strict. they have cyber bowl with no music. they yelled at a birthday party next to us. Horrible experience. We could not believe how rude they were.
