Can't say enough about Cactus Auto! I'd give them 6 or 7 stars if that was possible. They are one of two Kelley Blue Book (KBB) dealers that come up here in Tucson, when you get a KBB quote online.They gave me exactly the price that KBB quoted me on my 13-year-old Toyota Corolla. It was a seamless, quick process, and I walked away with a check for my car, and they even provided me a ride home.Shout out to Zander who inspected my vehicle, and had a check cut for me in less than 30 minutes. Very impressed with how easy he made the process. No sitting in back rooms and back and forth checking with a mysterious "sales manager". And no ridiculous lowballing on what was offered by KBB.Also, Vanessa was the one who answers the phone and I met her briefly as well. She's high energy and seems to have terrific customer service skills. Also met Tommy when I first arrived.Can't say enough about Cactus Auto and their professionalism, energy and eagerness to treat customers well. Pretty good chance you'll be treated very well there and be satisfied with the outcome!

I needed a clunker for a few months while waiting on an insurance settlement for a new 2024 car. Saw a $1200 and offered cash. OMG, $1200 was the price with qualifying discounts. They wanted $3000 for their 20 yo car with 200,000 miles. I won't waste any more time looking at their inventory.

First of all, never trust a dealership that refuses to post their price on autos either online or on the lot. They will tell you to drive the car and come back and we will give you unbelievable deal.. (1st warning). So it was a 2005 jeep sport 117k miles on it. We looked up the vin number while driving . High retail 9k . Low 6k He came back with 19k said we took 2,150 (2150.00) off for a sale day. We were like are you kidding me! He said well we put 15k into it. ( granted it had a new paint job). We said no way, of course he went back and said, ok it's been on the lot a while, 14.5k . We said, didn't you just say you put 15k into it! We walked out! Used car sales BS

We spent several days looking for a good used car at new car dealers, Craig's list and other places. Saw a car advertised at Cactus, went to see it and ended up buying it after a short negotiation which was painless for a change. We will go back if we're in the need for another used car.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Worst dealership I've been too. Went in for the advertised price and when the break down was shown to me the "advertised price" was drastically different as advertised. I talked to them about the managers special and it's basically trade in a car or have money down which is typical but very disappointed when you can't negotiate the price. Went in for a truck as advertised as 23k but was told it was actually 26k so out the door prices quickly jumped to 30k which was very disappointing for a 6 year old truck with 90k miles. Very disappointed how the managers special was nothing. Having to drive an hour for this just to waste my time on an over priced truck was definitely not with it. My advice is to call in advance and get the actual price not the "advertised price" just to save time and money. I'd go elsewhere but here!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! yea i take back every thing i said, do NOT shop here for ANY car. i bought my car, thinking everything was great cause they checked it out. LIESS. less than a month later, i find out my car engine has SLUDGE on it from lack of upkeep on my car. so now my car engine is failing. idk if it's from cactus themselves or from the previous owner but this car should've NEVER been on the lot for sale. the bigger problem is the lack of service. i took my car in for service asap. a week and a half later, there's still absolutely NO update whatsoever when i had kept in touch with my sales guy GABRIEL BURT. they couldn't bother getting me a rental car either. i finally took it to another dealer, hoping to get it fixed. NOPE! they want the car back in their shop to do what, sit there?? cause that's exactly what it did when i took it there in the first place!! i am so beyond livid with this place and their lack of communication, respect, honesty and integrity

They worked me with me financially to get a great monthly payment & even delivered the car to me so I could ditch the rental. I walked into Cactus Auto with high expectations and wanted certain features on a car. Ricardo greeted me with a smile and searched with results of several cars in their lot. Ricardo allowed me to test drive several cars and listened to me while I stated my pros and cons to him. I finally found the car I was going to buy, a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I purchased the Jeep I noticed there was an issue with the UCONNECT system and went to Ricardo about the issue. He worked really hard and pointed me in the right direction to fix the problem. Cactus Auto replaced the whole UCONNECT system without any hassle. This Jeep was the 3rd vehicle that my family and I have purchased from Cactus Auto.
